Had them order somthing for me over the phone, it was in no location nearby, they ordered it with 20 dollar shipping, on the phone the salesman told me he’d give me a discount because of the shipping, when I had someone pick up the part the discount was not applied and I had to pay full price, I was told it would take a day to ship and it took 4

I go here to get all of my oil change supplies. More often than not, they have deals going on oil and filter combos. The price ends up working out to one third of what an oil change costs having someone else do it.

Returned two dead auto batteries. They came out and got them out of the back of the van. HEAVY! Great employees there. They know their stuff. Nice store. Well stocked.

Stopped in to buy wiper blades. The gentleman helped me choose the correct sizes very quickly and then spent quite a long time outside in the freezing cold wrestling my old rusted ones off before installing the new ones. He really went above and beyond with both the service and his pleasant demeanor. On the basis of this one transaction I know I'll never shop anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Tried to order a battery, was told it would be in within 2 days. Didn’t get a call on that it was in, called to check on the status only to find out they have no record of my order! Luckily called my local Car Quest and they got it for cheaper and with be in the next day, now that’s service! Maybe try a little harder than I don’t know.

The arrogance to not wear a face mask is astounding. Not a single employee or customer, except my husband and I, wore face masks. Seriously, how difficult is it to wear a mask? I hope they don't have grandparents or elderly neighbors. Last time we shop there.

They have a huge selection and priced competitively. This particular location has some challenges with employee knowledge, but that may be cause of the area. Many, many people in Rural Maine are "backyard" mechanics, so they are already quite knowledgeable about vehicles/parts, etc.etc. The store is organized and laid out very well.

The store seems to employ individuals who have no idea what they're talking about, and know nothing about vehicles. The staff is rude, the parts are overpriced, if I had a dollar for everytime I received the wrong part I would have enough money to buy the store and fire all tye morons who work there. They all sit behind that parts desk and gossip like teenage girls. Napa Auto Parts is right down the road and is 100x better than this dump
