He had great knowledge and experience of how to move a heavy, immobilized bike and we got it safely to Big Moose Harley where it will be repaired. AS THE USED CAR MANAGER FOR DEALERSHIP, FINDING A RELIABLE TOW COMPANY IS A CHALLENGE. WHEN WE WERE FACED WITH AN INOPERABLE EV THAT NEEDED TO GO TO BOSTON, B&B TOWING CAME TO THE RESCUE. ON SHORT NOTICE THEY WERE ABLE TO JUGGLE THEIR SCHEDULE AND PROVIDE US WITH A NIGHTTIME RUN DOWN TO BOSTON. THE DRIVER WAS AMAZING AND EVEN PROACTIVELY CALLED THE DROP OFF LOCATION TO CONFIRM THE PROCESS. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND B&B MORE HIGHLY WHETHER IT BE FOR PERSONAL TOWING NEEDS OR COMMERCIAL TOWING NEEDS. 5 STAR OUTFIT ALL THE WAY!

THEY were the only ones in the area that could help me. they know the troopers and work well with them and got my driver that ended up stuck in a snow pile out and didn't overcharge nor miss communicate anything with me. would recommend
On December 1st we were heading south with our 37 foot notorhome. We lost ALL power to the engine and everything electrical in the rig and had to glide to the break down lane on 295. We called our Roadside Assistance from Good Sam, which is worthless, and 4 hours later when no one was sent a State Trooper who arrived on scene called this company to tow. They were there quickly. They towed us to where we wanted to go. VERY professional, knowledgeable, polite, understanding and careful.

Needed my Jeep towed home from work just under 5 miles - on a Sunday! Within an hour and 8 minutes the Jeep was retrieved and placed in my yard. Dispatch, 𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕨𝕟𝕒, was wonderful + very patient with all my question. And the gentleman driving the truck was amazing - very efficient and polite!

Had my classic truck towed. They damaged my very expensive telecopic drive shaft and steering components. Had to make an insurance claim. Was forced to illegally ride in the cab of my own vehicle while it was being towed because the driver had an unnecessary passenger with him. I complained to the company, and the owner left me a voicemail that acknowledged NONE of the damage. I will NEVER call you for service again. Thanks for nothing Brian & crew

Made a cold call for a heavy duty towing with a tractor/trailer breakdown. Front office was very professional and got a wrecker on site in reasonable time. Tractor was delivered to Kenworth in Portland with no issues.
