Went to get a brake line replaced On July 23, They were pleasant & very easy to deal with . I dropped my vehicle off at 8:40 am & by 10:15 they called me to let me know it was finished !!! Beyond impressive !! Very pleasant,easy experience Fair price in addition I WILL be going back for future repairs

Went in for an inspection sticker. They put it on without trying to sell me something I didn't need.

I must say, I had a tough morning today, from having to run some Valentine's errands first thing this morning, and having my check engine light come on first thing this morning and blinking at that. And she was driving kind of rough. I stop by somewhere, and they said it was a foul spark plug couldn't get it taken care of until first week of march. I knew I couldn't continue driving it like this. So it's frustrating when I called about seven other businesses and none of them could get the truck in to be fixed for weeks. I called Raymond's service center at 10:30 asking them if maybe they had time. They didn't think twice and they told me they absolutely had opening time today bring it right over! I had the truck there by 11:00. They called me at 2:00 and said it was all finished. I couldn't believe it it was so fast and the service was amazing that I think I found myself a long time garage. I'm extremely blessed, that these guys were 100% A+ workers, got it done quickly enough, that my son had to use my truck for work, and he wasn't late because they were so quick about it. Thank you Raymond service center! You guys are awesome!! -Cindy

My 2006 Volvo XC70 with 274,800 miles started shaking and making loud noises. I was able to limp it into the nearby Raymond Service Center. Not only did they take me in, they threw it up on the lift and diagnosed a busted transfer case and gave me an estimate within minutes. What I thought was catastrophic, they fixed and the car again runs great. I showed the RSC bill to my Volvo car dealer in NJ and asked him what the repair charge would have been in NJ. He said, 'Triple that.'

Amazing service. My vehicle broke down just down the road (alternator went.) The owner came to me to jump the vehicle so I could get it to the shop with in a couple hours got a new alternator in and I was able to carry on my day. I would 100% recommend

Been doing business with Eric for years. My 20 year old truck will testify for him. He is the only one that has worked on it since manufacturers warranty expired. Did I mention 325000 miles and still going. Great crew. Update 336000 miles. They are the best ! Hey give them a try!

They are honest and trustworthy. They get the job done. We have a Volvo. And they're a devil to work on. But aren't they all. The days of doing things yourself are over.

I can't express my feelings for this guy any other way than, AMAZING!!! His work is very thorough, he is very good to his customers and letting people know just when he can do their vehicle, and makes sure he stays in contact with his clients through the job he's doing for them! He's a great, hardworking individual! I have nothing but good things to say about Raymond Service Center. I called them up complaining that my car had recently bottomed out and was now making a loud, grinding noise. I was told that although they were quite busy that I could come right down and they would make some time to look at my car. The staff was very respectful and caring. They went above and beyond by squeezing me in in such short notice. I was very impressed.

I was on vacation on Sebago Lake for a week and wanted a clunking noise in my suspension looked at. I chose Raymond Service Center based on the reviews, and am glad I did! I stopped in and the problem was diagnosed & priced within 15 minutes. The parts were ordered and the repair was completed within a couple hours at a very reasonable price. I wish I had a reliable repair center like this back home. I highly recommend them for and issues you may have with your vehicle!

I went to prompto in Windham to get oil changed in my car and when they finished, the manager said that my motor mount was broken. He thought maybe bushing was damaged and the motor could be moved around by pulling on it. I asked who he recommends and he said Raymond service center or the muffler shop in town on 302. I called Raymond service center and they said bring it over and we will take a look. There was no appointment, just brought it over. He took it outback on lift and he was gone maybe about 15 minutes and came back and said the mount wasn't broken. He said the big through bolt was loosened up. He said he tightened it up and it's good to go. He said all looked good under car and only thing he noticed was that I needed tires before winter the tread was at minimum. I had a good experience and would contact him again if had other issues with the car. He charged .3 hours so $26. I was happy with the service.

Had a drivable car that needed the passenger side rear bumper pulled before we could have the muffler fixed. Was able to be booked for the estimated 4 hr job within 2 weeks and cost exact estimate. Body guy has reputation as Best body guy in the area. Extremely satisfied with results and expected it to cost much more. Would bring any vehicle requiring Chasse or body repair to Raymond Service Ctr and would recommend to family and friends.

Eric is great at what he dose,he is always helping me keep my car going,his work is EXCELLENT, and time to time he even helps me out w/ a vehicle to drive while he's working on my car,witch helps me so so so MUCH, Eric gets alot of business and not shore why people on other reviews, have a issue, the rate for a mechanic is anywhere between 85 and 100 bucks an hour. That work is NOT EASY, but when you're someone who is (TOP NOTCH), like Eric, you have to pay a little more for his GREAT knowledge of working on cars, Eric is the BEST of the BEST when it comes to cars/ transmissions, THANK YOU Eric (owner)at raymond service center.😁😊😊😊😀 thank you for always HELPING ME.

Working on my car. Knowledgeable staff. Rate is $89 an hour labor. Rate is going up to $99 an hour, That is a reason not to bring my car back there. He won't budge on pricing and I'd rather have someone who is willing to work with you. While i understand the need to make money, the greedy disposition isn't a good look and the fact that he doesn't care, solidified my decision to take my car elsewhere.
