Extremely aggressive driver almost hit me during a snow storm. Also shone his high beams in my rear view multiple times even though we were both stuck behind state plow truck. Do NOT trust your car to this company.
Edit: 2 years later and I almost got hit by one of these trucks. Went on to leave a review and I already did. They seriously need new drivers. Do not trust your car with them.
They recently helped with a very challenging move. They were prompt, personable and had a real "can do" attitude. They succeeded with everything all the while having fun doing it. I would defiantly go with them again.
I broke down at the trading Post in kittery Maine I came from central Massachusetts call AAA in Superior towing showed up in 30 minutes awesome considering this was Christmas Eve day December 24th road home with tow truck driver he was fantastic name's Paul great conversations this saved me from being possibly a very stressful day thank you again SuperiorTowing and Paul you're the best
Had my vehicle towed from Superior towing after an accident that caused rear end damage to my car. As my car is lowered, I specifically requested a special flatbed to accommodate the ride height (as other companies have provided without issue) and tow it to my auto repair shop. Upon arrival at the repair shop, I inspected my vehicle and there was front end damage under and on the front bumper as well as rust transferred onto the paint. In total it cost me almost $600 to repair this damages. When my insurance reached out to them, they refused to speak to us. After filing a grievance, with pictures of the damage with time stamps, they were not found at fault because it’s he said she said.
Do not use this company. There are better options.
Psul saved the day🤗🤗🤗After one tow truck guy jacked our car up and took the tire off he couldn’t put the spare back on because of the air suspension system. He had NO idea what to do. Paul showed up and immediately understood the problem snd how to solve it. 10 min later we were on the road. If you breakdown in Portsmouh in a Landrover, call Superior towing
I am happy to give 5 stars to Superior Towing Co. For the fast and friendly service we always receive whenever we have been in the unfortunate situation of finding ourselves needing tow services.
I called this morning to have one of our sons vehicles towed and the representative on the phone was wonderful, the tow truck arrived less than a half an hour later and the tow operator Paul was friendly, helpful, thorough and did a great job all the way around. Really can't say enough .
In a lousy situation, I had a good experience with this company. I had to call for a tow from Portsmouth to Rochester. The woman on the phone, Becky was super helpful and very friendly. They picked up the vehicle in about a half hour and had it to Rochester within an hour or so. I had to have the driver, Peter call me for payment. Again, very friendly conversation. I would definitely call them again and would recommend.
I would not use this company if I had a choice! My daughter in law used her road side assistance and this is who was sent out. She wasn't sure if just out of gas or something else. A rude woman in a pick up truck, not a tow truck, showed up with a gas can and told my daughter in law she needed cash up front even though the road side assistance covers up to $5 in gas. I had to get the cash to her; who carries cash anymore? Woman didn't even wait to see if her car started up! Followed up with road side assistance and they confirmed that woman should not have charged her. She didn't give my daughter in law an invoice/receipt either. From other reviews I've read it sounds like this woman has earned poor reviews multiple times for this company.
Need a long distance tow for a lowered Miata -- wasn't expecting it to be an easy process, but Pete did a heck of a job and I can't thank him enough. Refreshing to see a professional who genuinely cares about their work.
My husband got into an accident on the highway yesterday, the state troopers called this towing company and the guy driving the truck was friendly but he took down my husband card info and didn’t give us an invoice or tell us the amount charged (partially our fault but my husband was obviously frustrated and flustered so it wasn’t on his mind at the time). I called today over two hours ago and it took them ten minutes to even find the info about our tow. At first she said she had no info on our car being towed, swore they never towed a mustang yesterday then once she found our info, she said they’d email it to us, didn’t receive it and I called back and the women told me she’d get to it shortly, as she was at the bank. Still no invoice and it’s been an hour. Not recommended. I got the feel once they got their money, they don’t care.
I wouldn’t even know where to begin with how awful this company is. The customer service was horrible. I could not understand what the lady was trying to say to me regarding my tow, destination of my tow and the fee. I asked her to speak up and speak clearly and she called me ignorant and eventually hung up on me. This day I’m age sometimes service towers are not reliable. I tried calling her back (the company) 3-4 times and there was no answer. The number than text me and told me they’d send the bill and the police department would let me know where my vehicle is. Little do they know- my dads in that business. The way they handled this claim was disrespectful and arrogant. I do not recommend for anyone trying to get fast and reliable service.
Had a dead battery when we came out of BJ's. USAA is our road side assist and Superior Towing was called they arrived in an half hour. Jim was great, good sense of humor and has us out of there in no time flat. Highly recommend Superior. :-)
James Campbell is the man. Punctual enough to get my vehicle to my mechanic before he closed during the busiest hours of the day. He had proven himself to be friendly and entertaining during the entire drive, not leaving a single dull moment to occur.
Highly recommend these guys for any and all your towing needs. They'll help you get your vehicle where it needs to be!
DO NOT get a tow from these people. They only had to tow my vehicle from the mechanic to my house (LESS THAN half a mile away) and left my car in the middle of the road instead of pulling it into my driveway. When I called and asked why they did this the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and lied to me. She said they left the car in the road because my roommate refused to move her car out of the driveway so the tow truck could go in, but my roommate said she had merely asked for a couple of minutes to get dressed quickly before she came outside. I told the lady this and she told me that unless I wanted to pay an additional $60 to move my car literally 2 feet into the driveway, they would not help me. Not to mention, we have a BLIZZARD coming tomorrow, and I live on a small street where the plow WILL NOT be able to get by, but Superior Towing was happy to leave my car in the middle of the road. I had to call the police! ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY, DO NOT GET A TOW FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have never been more HIGHLY disappointed in a towing service.
