Not sure what to think. I called and asked about a specific part and was told they had no way to keep track of what they had so I asked if I needed to just come and walk the yard and was told all the parts are already striped off the vehicles. Not sure how you would ever find any part you needed here. Sounds like a needle in a haystack scenario
Called and asked for parts, the guy was super rude for no apparent reason so I just said have a good days and thanks. Horrible way to be running a business.
I've done business with them & they are good. Normally I would rate 5 stars. I don't give a bad review just HONEST. They don't like to answer the phone. If you need a part go in person if you can. Or be prepared too be aggravated trying to call. ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE...
I called for a transmission and had to press 1 30 times every min in the recording for no one to answer the phone. Also tried to press 2 to get a list of people to reach and just voicemail for them
Absolutely amazing the mechanics over here know what they're doing they get it done right the first time they're quick and efficient and overall just a great group of mechanic. I highly recommend seeing Louie he is an absolutely amazing mechanic.
i have had several dealings with auto and truck and every time they have been respectful and almost always find what i need. and there very reasonably priced compared to other salvage yards. i highly recommend them for all your auto part needs
