  They were quick with getting me my car so I could get my stuff. But the lady in front did not seem like she cared to even be at work, and lacked alot of customer service attitude. When I finished getting my stuff I realized I was missing quite a few things; 2 front seat covers, 2 seat belt covers, a steering wheel cover, and a charger that went in the cigarette port. I told the women my stuff was missing and all she could do was give me a folder with my license plate, and tell me to write down everything I'm missing and send it into my insurance. I asked "can you tell me who dropped my car here, if it arrived here without my stuff then the towing company has it" and she said "I'm not allowed to give out that information". Really? You can't tell me something I should know but forgot? You can't tell me who BROUGHT my car to you? I understand you wouldn't be able to tell me who worked on my car, but the company that brought my car to you is off limits? If that is company policy it should be changed. Because that is absolutely absurd.

  This is the best Copart location, when i win a car in auction, appointments are very easy to make and get the vehicle picked up. The ladies in the office are very kind and helpful if you need help!
