That was the worst Burger King experience ever. There was a sign saying the speaker was broken so we went and sat at the window as directed. Some kid came over looked at us and walked away. Sat there for 10 more minutes before driving off. That was a joke.
Terrible! Burger King order all wrong and burger stone cold. Hoping I don’t get food poisoning. Tried to file online complaint with Burger King and got to end where they wanted image of receipt. We didn’t get a receipt. Customer Service number for BK hangs up on you. Gas okay. Fortunately didn’t have to use rest room. Stay away from this service plaza.
Terrible rest stop. Overpriced burger king that charges for water cups. Water fountains don't work. Bathrooms are unclean and half the sinks don't work. What are my tax dollars going towards here?
Well apparently there's been a big turnaround at the Burger King at the Gray's service center. Man behind the counter was very welcoming with the most sunshiny personality. He made our day and our trip a lot more fun. Stop there and have some hot fries and the hamburger.
This has got to one of the worst rest stops in the northeast. 2 vending machines, one only has energy drinks, and the other has snacks. The gas station side does not have anything like a convenience store, so that just leaves a burger king as the only choice. If you want more than a bathroom stop at kennebunk rest stop or wait until Gardner rest stop.
Absolutely disgusting, go ANYWHERE else!! No toilet paper in any of the men’s room, garbage all across the floor, and the whole damn place smells like burnt burgers from burger king.
Absolutely the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen at a rest stop. Poop on every toilet, most without toilet paper. Trash all over the floor. Looks like it's been days since cleaned. They should be ashamed!!
One person working the counter at Burger King waited at the counter while she made a previous customers sandwich. She didn't say anything to us, no, I will be right with you, nothing. We left and went to the next place, which was just as bad. They all seem dark and run down. And you have to cross over the drive thru to get to the pet area.
I ordered 2 coffee's waiting forever to get the coffees then to get cream and sugar it was around the corner it was dirty and every thing need to be refilled. They could have been more friendly and a new attitude
Just bathrooms & a BK with some vending options. But a good, quick little stop on the way anyway. We travel this way every year and stop here, and it's always clean, and well kempt.
The Burger King was understaffed and seemed poorly managed. I ordered 4 medium shakes and a coke, from placing the order to receiving my order, which took 25 minutes. The 3 people working there were working very hard. As for the bathroom, it was adequate.
At 1:00am there was a one man army A sonn . Back in the days this was called the all purpose guy this what burger King had this man was doing everything he was cashing out on fries on the grill settling up preparing counter for tomorrow while preparing my sandwich ? what employee I thank you the chicken sandwich guy ...
One time, the person working at the gas station register helped me change my tire after a blowout so I will always think this is the very best service plaza. It has bathrooms and a Burger King. The gas is usually a decent price and during the winter they still have windshield cleaning equipment out. I like that it is right on the turnpike.
12/14/2023 at 7:15 in the morning on the north bound they’re open but, sat at the drive through for a good 5 minutes before going in. Of the two employees working neither was manning the driver through and advised it wasn’t open yet. Not sure about anyone else but, have never been to a fast food place in all these years that the drive through wasn’t opened atleast before the inside.
I want to let your owners know how impressed I was with the service my daughter and I recieved at your Burger King. Fritz is knowledgable ,super skilled at his job and both he and Abdi, were very professional and their smiles , contagious. My day started less than positive ,but how could it not improve from that point on?
Plenty of parking, not over-packed when we stayed, bathrooms are clean and the Women's had plenty of stalls. No showers, but plenty of sink space to do your business. Coffee was surprisingly great! As far as fast food coffee offerings go. Wifi was available and quick. Would stop here again!
The restrooms are nice and clean. The service at the Burger King is horrible. They overcharge you and you don't get what you ordered. The chicken sandwich is less than desired. Wouldn't order it again. The fries aren't to rave about. Ordered onion rings but never got them but they over compensated with 3 orders of fries. And ordered a whopper with cheese instead got a whopper Jr instead. Please make sure you checked out what you order before you leave. And keep an eye on your receipt to make sure they don't over charge. This place needs better help!!
Normally we have good experiences at their Burger King but today the girl who took our drive thru order had a terrible attitude. Customer service skills were lacking for sure.. My husband ordered a large soda and it was only filled a little over half, got an eye roll from her when we asked to have it filled.. We are both less than impressed.
Nice service plaza; bathrooms were clean. The only downside was fuel prices. But the amount more is about the same as it'd be to get off, save on fuel prices, and then repay the tolls. Convenient off/on access with plenty of parking.

No car charger available. No truck parking except on shoulder.
Inside is VERY small and somewhat claustrophobic.

This place has the tiniest Burger King I've ever seen. For that reason alone it's worth five stars. The service and pricing is honestly exactly what I'd expect from a rest area fast food place. I saw this driving by and literally stopped just to take a look. IT'S SO TINY!
