They bailed us out of a tough situation. AAA gave them bad information, they immediately put us at the head of their list when they realized where we were They got us towed out from a dangerous location within 20 minutes of us talking directly to them. AAA was no help. Its the second time in 3 weeks that AAA left us by the side of the road with no progress updates. I can't say enough good about Colonial. We hope to use them for the body works repair.

My location was not made clear to them by AAA. (If you’re an AAA member, AAA is late in letting towers know who needs help.) these guys showed me respect, were friendly and well experienced overall. I’m a single woman in the crack of dawn waiting to get towed. I rode with them and was given the passenger seat. (There were two older guys). By body language I was given respectful space. I really felt comfortable. The 30 min drive was very steady and good. Like I said, well experience.

I locked my keys in my car and AAA dispatched Joe from colonial auto. He was super fast, and very nice. I’ll be calling them for any future needs! Thanks Joe!
Vehicle was towed at ease during very early hours of the morning after hitting a deer, they were VERY patient with my poor servicing insurance agent. Fixed my vehicle sooner than anticipated and excellent communication. Was able to save me money which eliminated my deductible. Car repairs were good, one minor hiccup and they repaired it efficiently. Highly recommend!

Had to get car towed due to accident. We have AAA. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT . Cost us $300.00.

Another thing.... When you are dealing with vehicles. DO NOT SMOKE IN THE CARS. IT TOOK US 4 DAYS TO GET THE SMELL OUT. It is called RESPECT
I had a very frustrating experience with a driver from this company. My car was stuck on the side of a fire lane in Poland after recent snow and I couldnt get any traction. Was assigned this driver from AAA who immediately called me asking for point by point directions and said "if the road is too icy I'm not even gonna try to come down. I told him three different times that road where I was had been plowed and sanded. He left me a rude voice mail saying that he couldnt make it down because of the ice and said "you should try to get someone with 4-wheel drive" and then basically abandoned me there. I don't know anything about tow truck work but why would you not be traveling with a 4-wheel drive vehicle in Maine during the Winter? I called a different local company and they pulled me out in an hour. I'm assuming this was only representative of the driver and not the company as a whole but this was absolutely unacceptable.
They completed the body work on my car in record time , and I was able to rent a car from them which made my life so much easier . My car looks brand new and the staff is very thoughtful - they stayed late so I could pick up my car before a big storm hit . I've also had them tow my old car on a few occasions
and the drivers are always pleasant and helpful .
This company is if you respect them they respect you. But they're not going to tolerate any middle ground. Same people for years. Reliable people. They've been picking up my broken vehicles for years. They are child friendly. And I appreciate their service. As a single parent.
Charged me $150 to pull my car out of a ditch and ended up ruining my entire rear suspension because they pulled it out by my driver side rear tire. Old man that came told me he had no idea how to use the ramp truck he was driving because it was “new to him”. Would not recommend at all unless you want a bunch of damage to your vehicle. They were completely useless.
Cole does detail work there, polished my faded hood and brought it to an awesome shine on the whole body..I am so pleased and highly recommend Cole for detail work.
Tried charging me 155 dollars for a 5.5 mile tow. The driver I talked to on Sunday quoted me at 100 but he couldn't take debit card. I called lake region towing 80 dollars
We broke down a few miles from Colonial Auto Body & Towing. They quickly picked us up, towed the car, fixed up the car and had us on our way, all in two hours. They were also very friendly and professional. Thank you for the rescue!
Google doesn't have enough stars for these folks at the shop. They were wonderful. Kept me informed about what was happening with our car and did their best to keep my costs to a minimum. Took the time to show me just what happened with the car. Friendly, curtouse, helpful and understanding. I would say if you need a job done right see these folks.
One of the best companies I've ever dealt with! They genuinely care about their customer. Their tow drivers are who'd I'd always want on scene of an accident. They are compassionate, calm, and reassuring in a stressful environment. 5 stars all the way!!!
Colonial Auto Body was great at fixing my car. People were very helpful and pleasant. My car needed to be pulled out 3/4 of an inch. There are not many places that do this. I highly recommend this garage.
First time customer and they really helped me out of a bind (when they were already busy) and my snowstorm related issues with a slide off when my car towed there. Very patient, helpful and kept me well informed of everything going on!! Stayed after hours till my much needed vehicle back in the road and talked in detail about all repairs.!Definitely planning on returning!!
Called and got no answer because theirdriver decided to pull out in front of us so we had to slam on our breaks. My daughter was in the car with me along with my best friend. Hopefully theu give their drivers safety meetings on vehicle safety and what not to do when driving company vehicles.
I would recommend this place to anyone. They worked with me. I only make 700 a month . And my bill could of 570. And they gave me a major deal of 290.00. God bless them.
Called Colonial Towing today and the driver was on site of the accident within 30mins. Our 16ft utility trailer was rear-ended and was not easy to get on the tow truck due to the damage. Driver got er done in the sweltering heat with no complaints. Prompt and courteous service. Thank you again!
The tow driver was very nice, and skillfully removed my car from a ditch without it getting damaged at all. He was also very supportive and reassuring that I wasn't as dumb as I was feeling.
