When I was in their office waiting for my parts, I saw how rude some of the people they have to deal with are. Also, their patience for people that can't, or barley can speak English is very good. That alone gets them a 5 star.
I called and I asked for 2010 Toyota Prius front caliber brackets mount bolts and they said they don’t sell the bolts by itself. They have to sell the whole part which is the caliber and I was OK than I drove 40 minutes and they did not have the right bolts on the bracket. I cannot believe that I drove 40 minutes for nothing.
So many and so much in stock if they don't have it good luck finding it elsewhere ,I've never seen a junk yard dog until I went to Brunswick the dog was huge and they had what I needed and help me load and off I went

I needed an arm of a windshield wiper for a boat repair. This place has quite a collection of vehicles so it took only a couple minutes to find what I wanted and to remove it. $10 later and I was on my way, saving me time and money and getting my boat back in shape. Thanks!
Very rude. Just called about an engine and asked for pictures. The guy was rude from the start and told to go and to another place if I do not like anything. Sure I will go and buy from another place.
If you valued your money don’t buy anything from this place. They are Terrible. I drove 40 minutes from Portland all the way to Brunswick and I call before I went to their place and they confirm that they have the part. Arrived there and the part was broken. Please don’t buy anything from those peoples. They don’t valued your time. Go somewhere else. If there is zero star

Absolutely Terrible customer service. The bosses wife as she called herself was nasty and rude and even swore at me. She was like oh you expect us to take time to pull a bolt off a 1200 doller motor so YOU can save money dude!! And Tryed to charge me 30 dollers to have someone help me. when I asked if I could do it myself she asked if I had my own tools on hand. Well I didn't because I'm on the road and I asked polity if I could borrow a 12mm socket and she's like NO WE DONT LOAN TOOLS! Well it's litterally 30 second job and she was absolutely Terrible and cocky. I absolutely will never go here again. And I recommend going to any other junk yard befor them. Cambells auto in lisbon accually was so much better.

Purchased a windshield a hood and a fender that were all to small for the vehicle it was going on, so unless you are 110 percent sure it fits, don't buy from this company as they will not help you out. You will own the parts or pay a 25 percent restocking fee!! It's your loss and now you own parts that don't fit your vehicle!!! I DO NOT recommend this company!! So if anyone needs these parts for a Toyota Tundra SR5, I have them. We also took the time to fix the surface rust under the fender!
The owners are the rudest people EVER. I was turning my vehicle around and she came out with extreme attitude telling me we can’t drive around the lot, which we already knew. Common sense. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone if you want good customer service. I also reported them to the better business bureau due to the customer service people receive.
I bought a "good running motor". 4.3L. When I brought it home it was overheated scrap motor. Had to buy another motor to fix the "good running motor" Will never do business with them again, stay away from these people. Don't waste your money with them. If i could id leave 0 stars
I needed 1 bolt for my mounting bracket on my brakes.. they wanted me to buy the whole caliper and bracket. I wouldn't use this place if my life depended on it.
Just getting around to rating this guy. He wanted to sell me a $65.00 part but if it didn't fit I could not bring it back. So I went elsewhere and paid double at least I could bring it bavk and I got a 90 day warntee.
I will pay more rather than go back to this place
Wish I could give a zero star. Seems like prices would be cheap if they would actually help you. I went to look for something for a 96 accord and they said all the 94 and up hondas are trashed when there was a 96 accord and 02 civic in the front yard, also can see 2 more accords when pulling in.
Great place to get used parts for less money. Still, know your prices before you visit, just like anywhere else. Although their prices are generally very competitive, on one item they wanted to charge me more for used than I would have paid for new. To be fair, once this was pointed out to them(and they verified it online), they dropped their price on the used part that I needed.
I called these guys up looking for a Subaru strut and not only were they able to tell me right away that they had one but they also had it removed from the donor vehicle and ready for pickup way before their own estimated time! Part was exactly as described and well labeled - I wasn't at all worried I would need to come back to swap it for the right one. The price was the lowest I could find anywhere. I will be returning to this junkyard for sure!
