I am incredibly grateful for the help we received from Action Towing and Marine LLC during a tough situation. Our truck slid off the road and got stuck in a ditch, unable to climb a steep hill due to solid ice. The team came out with all the right equipment, including a sand truck, and managed to pull our semi out of the ditch. I honestly can't thank them enough for their professionalism and determination. Even in extreme weather conditions, they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for a towing job—these guys are top-notch, and I highly recommend them!
I am extremely grateful for help us out in a time of need. We had one of our car haulers in a ditch. Slid off into the ditch and was unable to climb the hill due to solid ice. Action Towing and marine LLC came out with all the equipment necessary to pull up a big semi truck and trailer out of the ditch even got a sand truck involved. What can I say? I would recommend no other company for any Towing job other than these great people. Absolutely thankful for helping us out even in extreme weather conditions they pulled through and go us back on the road!
I’m still at a loss for words of not only the level of professionalism but also how I was treated and taken care of I drive an 18 wheeler was trying to pick up a car. The customer did not warn me of the icy steep Hill I ended up in a ditch from sliding on the ice.
Not only did they make it out quickly, but the price and how they treated me was beyond my expectations. I wish I could rate this company more than five stars. The most honest Towing Company I’ve dealt with in my whole career of a decade plus in the trucking industry unbelievable.
My truck broke down on the way to our vacation in Maine, and Rick towed it to our rental over an hour away. Rick is a real pro, really knows what he's doing, and is a great guy to boot. We had a great conversation and I now not only have a great contact in case we ever need a tow while we're in the area, but also a friend. Thank you very much for the great all-around experience Rick...much appreciated!
These guys were really great - they gave me a tow and a ride today after my truck broke down over two hours away from home. When the garage that AAA assigned for my repair turned me away, the father and son drivers went out of their way to call around to find and bring me to a garage that was able to repair my truck immediately. Their kindness made this situation far less of a hassle then it would have been without their help - THANK YOU!

Had a flat tire and called AAA. They sent Action Towing and I'm so thankful they did. I was lucky to have Clint and CJ help me out. The lock for my lug nuts was missing in my car so they made a personal trip out the following day to help me out. 12/10 would recommend and if I ever get stuck again I know who I'm calling to come help. Thank you guys I'm beyond thankful for your kind service and willingness to go above and beyond.

Rick and his team at Action towing recently came to the aid of my wife and I after we lost a tire on our pontoon trailer as we were taking the boat to a local marina for service. Rick had two vehicles and 4 men on site to ensure our safety while maneuvering the boat and trailer onto his largest flatbed. I highly recommend Action towing. They have friendly highly knowledgeable staff, are focused on customer safety, have the equipment to get the job done, and charge reasonable rates
This place was amazing. Woman on the phone was really nice. They gave me the lowest rate around for what I needed. When the guy came to tow my truck, he was very nice!!! Highly recommended!!! Quick too they came within the hour
I have always used action towing, they always were there when I needed them. Well this time when I needed a car towed a mile and a half, they told me they wouldn’t be coming and hung the phone up. I’ve used them hundreds of times and this is how the treat there customers? I’m appalled.
Owner was nice and helped me and my boyfriend get safely home on Christmas Eve after AAA left us stranded and no other tow company would help

I have been waiting for days for a tow they finally showed up and we're backing down the driveway and left and I called them up and I said why did you leave they said there were no plates on the vehicle I said no kidding I just bought it there's no brakes it's all registered I got the plates right here and they said no we're not coming back over again. Very rude on the phone also.
Action Towing is the BEST. They saved my 2005 dodge Dakota. I lost a ball joint. When I left my truck I thought no way the tire can stay on. Not only did the tire stay on they used special skid plates to get the truck on. My point is they care!!!!! Thank you
Told me they was going to pick up my truck in an hour it should be dropped off at destination between 9-10pm there truck broke down and they never called me to let me know I’ve been waiting for hours for them until I called AAA for an update and they had to call them to find out what was going on if I knew earlier I could of had a different company called or called a friend and had him go get it with his trailer if he was home. Not away I would run a business I would called the person back and let them know what was going on and that they couldn’t go pick it up instead of letting the person wait up half of the night for there vehicle that wasn’t showing up in the first place…
My father's car slid off an icy steep driveway and into a snow bank at a rental property in Brigton. The people from Action Towing were amazing! They came to help within just a few minutes. I would call them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend their service. Thank you!!!
Our dog Champ, (Portuguese Podengo) locked us out with our keys in the ignition (thanks wifey) so luckily we have a premiere AAA membership.
Action towing was out to us in less than 40 minutes with the door being unlocked, with ZERO issues. As a First Responder, I've been a part of many locked vehicle 911 calls. This was the smoothest door unlock ever. For reference the suv is a 2011 Yukon Denali.
The operator Richard, was phenomenal at his trade but also extremely pleasant. He is definitely an asset for Action Towing. He's the kind of guy who I'd want helping my family during late hours and in extreme circumstances.

This company goes above and beyond! I would give them 10 stars if google would let me!! Professional and prompt, they got me out of a sticky situation on a job site very reasonably with no damage to the vehicle. A+++++++! I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Called a couple days before I needed a tow to get a general quote. Gave a really decent price and stuck with it when I called him a few days later to actually book the appointment. Arrived right around the planned eta and had it pulled out of the driveway and loaded on his truck in minutes. Met him at the location to drop it off he was quick efficient. 10/10 would recommend
