Quiet reserved and respectful ladies upfront who were helpful and knowledgeable and kind, what a brilliant pair to greet me. The men who helped me to the car were courteous and kept me laughing all while showing a professional nature, and a lot that is well kept. Plenty of space, good equipment, great employees, perfect location, just out of town, but not the sticks. All kinds of towing, lockouts, flatbed services, battery or gas assistance, give them a call! State Farm’s roadside assistance dispatched Adam from Nadeau’s to help me in a dangerous situation - out of gas on the side of a busy and fast highway. Adam showed up in freezing temps, was super helpful, friendly, and professional, and got me going again. Super nice guy. Thanks Adam!
The receptionist that they have is horrible. I asked for information, she kept repeating herself over and over that the owner wouldn't be able to help me, talking over me... then hangs up on me. VERY unprofessional!!!

2017 Honda civic, front wheel drive. I called AAA and waited for the Nadeaus guys to show up.When they got there they proceeded to put a tiny donut tire on the front passenger side of my car. I thought everything was fine until I started driving.Even at slow speeds the car was all over the road.Braking was also difficult.Knowing I had an hour drive to get home, I pulled over and looked online about the dangers and risks of drivetrain damage while driving with a donut tire on the front of my vehicle.Everywhere I looked it said in absolutely no circumstance should you place a donut tire on the front of a vehicle with front wheel drive. The correct procedure would be to place a rear tire on the front and put the donut on the back.makes total sense right? Nope !!! After Nadeaus showed up a second time, The driver seemed confused after I told him what was going on.He got on the phone with his "supervisor " for about thirty seconds then said to me Sorry there's nothing we can do for you. unacceptable ! After the driver left I called Nadeaus and asked for an explanation.The woman I spoke with said Yeah, we don't rotate tires. When I asked about the risk of damage and safety issues she says ,I got a mechanic standing right next to me and he said it's perfectly fine to drive with a donut on the front of your car. What a bunch of morons.Do not use these uneducated people to do anything for you regarding your vehicle of your safety. I will be contacting AAA Monday morning .

I was connected to Nadeau's through my insurance roadside assistance policy -- you never know what you're going to get in these situations, but had a great experience. Roger showed up quickly and he was efficient, safe, and cordial when asking about my car issues and confirming the tow destination. Eric saved me I got stuck in a field buried pretty good. Was able to safely pull my 12k lb truck out without any issues. Was very safe with where we physically were if any breaks happened and got me out very fast. Excellent communication and company got a truck out at midnight in a very timely manner. I really appreciate you guys and the lady on dispatch was really helpful and got a tech out to me first considering the situation. No damage to truck and he knew the correct attachment points and hooks to use for my truck. God bless this company
absolutely terrible slimy company. they came to tow me from my apartment building(where I pay rent and am owed a spot) for not having a sticker to park(which with deductive reasoning it could have easily been determined that no one has stickers in the lot because its not required). Had the driver speak to my property manager OWNER on the phone to approve I have every right to be there. they let my car down only to hook it again the SECOND i walked into my apartment. spoke to the office itself and they were incredibly rude and insisted my property management wanted it towed with my property manager owner on the phone telling them this wasnt the case.
tldr:they negelect to find out if property owners are even the ones calling for a tow and will try to sneakily get their tow even then the problem has been cleared to be a non issue. i almost lost my car to no fault of my own and entirely their negligence.

Ruptured a tire on the way home at night, Nadeau's was contacted via Geico Roadside - very professional and friendly, came out earlier then the estimated time, and was clear/upfront about additional mileage cost based on where I wanted my car towed. Rodger (driver) was very polite and went the extra mile (lit.) by dropping us at our house and saving us a 2 mile walk in the dark.
Colin drove through nasty snowy weather to boost my car and when he arrived did a great job, cheerful and full of good advice. He made sure to call ahead to give me an accurate eta, and worked efficiently. Overall excellent service!
$178 for a 6 mile tow and the guy was talking to me like he was doing me a favor… what a joke, Ill never get a tow from these people again. Unfair? Review is totally fair, it is justified as you take advantage of people and rip them off.
we called AAA to have service for a flat tire. Nadeau's Towing responded two hours later. The driver did not even know how to lower the tire from the truck, My son had to do it. While the tow truck driver was changing the tire he put the mechanism to lower the tire on the bumper. Then opened the tailgate to put the flat in the back damaging the tailgate. Now they refuse to acknowledge the damage they did and are very rude and dishonest! AAA members beware if you call for a service as this company may be the ones to go to your needs and damage your vehicle!

We broke down in Bangor off the interstate hauling a 20 foot trailer with our 4 wheelers in it. I reached out to them and they came with no issues promptly from Lewiston and drove us and vehicles back to our home in Oxford The driver was friendly and kind and made a stop so we could get drinks. We had sat for many hours trying to fix the problem ourselves to no avail. They were wonderful and I would definitely recommend them. Always willing to go above and beyond.
