I was connected to Nadeau's through my insurance roadside assistance policy -- you never know what you're going to get in these situations, but had a great experience. Roger showed up quickly and he was efficient, safe, and cordial when asking about my car issues and confirming the tow destination. He later called to confirm my car had been dropped off and that he had personally handed over the keys. Thank you!

Sucks being broke down but if it happens to you, these guys were rock solid. Arrived on time, communicated well, loaded the car efficiently, and dropped it right where I wanted it.

I used Nadeau Towing Services twice in the past week. Both drivers/service persons were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I cant thank them enough for their assistance with two different flat tires on two different days!

Eric saved me I got stuck in a field buried pretty good. Was able to safely pull my 12k lb truck out without any issues. Was very safe with where we physically were if any breaks happened and got me out very fast. Excellent communication and company got a truck out at midnight in a very timely manner. I really appreciate you guys and the lady on dispatch was really helpful and got a tech out to me first considering the situation. No damage to truck and he knew the correct attachment points and hooks to use for my truck. God bless this company
absolutely terrible slimy company. they came to tow me from my apartment building(where I pay rent and am owed a spot) for not having a sticker to park(which with deductive reasoning it could have easily been determined that no one has stickers in the lot because its not required). Had the driver speak to my property manager OWNER on the phone to approve I have every right to be there. they let my car down only to hook it again the SECOND i walked into my apartment. spoke to the office itself and they were incredibly rude and insisted my property management wanted it towed with my property manager owner on the phone telling them this wasnt the case.
tldr:they negelect to find out if property owners are even the ones calling for a tow and will try to sneakily get their tow even then the problem has been cleared to be a non issue. i almost lost my car to no fault of my own and entirely their negligence.
I called and spoke to man that quoted me $175 for a tow, second time I called back it was a woman and she was pretty rude saying “I know I didn’t tell you that because I’m telling you it’s $290 now” well yeah I just said I spoke to a man earlier, went to Greeley’s instead and they were able to give me a tow for $175

Ruptured a tire on the way home at night, Nadeau's was contacted via Geico Roadside - very professional and friendly, came out earlier then the estimated time, and was clear/upfront about additional mileage cost based on where I wanted my car towed. Rodger (driver) was very polite and went the extra mile (lit.) by dropping us at our house and saving us a 2 mile walk in the dark.
Colin drove through nasty snowy weather to boost my car and when he arrived did a great job, cheerful and full of good advice. He made sure to call ahead to give me an accurate eta, and worked efficiently. Overall excellent service!

$178 for a 6 mile tow and the guy was talking to me like he was doing me a favor… what a joke, Ill never get a tow from these people again. Unfair? Review is totally fair, it is justified as you take advantage of people and rip them off.
we called AAA to have service for a flat tire.
Nadeau's Towing responded two hours later. The driver did not even know how to lower the tire from the truck, My son had to do it.
While the tow truck driver was changing the tire he put the mechanism to lower the tire on the bumper. Then opened the tailgate to put the flat in the back damaging the tailgate. Now they refuse to acknowledge the damage they did and are very rude and dishonest! AAA members beware if you call for a service as this company may be the ones to go to your needs and damage your vehicle!

They picked up my car very quickly and efficiently. I hope I don’t need a tow any time soon, but I would use them again. The driver was very friendly, helpful, and got the job done fast.
Nothing but good honest people. I had to have some work done on my car that I couldn’t get done myself. The dealership wanted almost $700 for it. I provided the parts and Nadeaus did it for a fraction of the price. They were also able to provide quotes for future work I’m looking to get done. 10/10 would recommend
Unlawful Car Towing
On April 4th, 2024, my car was towed illegally. Upon visiting the towing company's office, they demanded $300 for its return, alleging it was parked incorrectly. Despite confirmation from my apartment complex that I was parked legally, they insisted on payment, citing the absence of their boss as reason for withholding my car.
I endured a two-hour wait amidst a snowstorm, only to return home without my vehicle. The following morning, I received news from my apartment complex that the tow company had erred and would return my car.
Upon contact, the tow operator claimed no mistake on their end, blaming the mistake to their office. No apology was offered, leaving me frustrated and to raise my voice. My actions were neither rude nor violent, but a natural response to the unjust treatment.
It is obvious that this company operates with negligence and disregard for its customers. I want to warn everyone to be careful and not get tricked by similar situations.
I intend to discuss this matter with legal to see if the towing company's actions violated Maine law and if there are grounds for disciplinary action, despite my car being returned.

We broke down in Bangor off the interstate hauling a 20 foot trailer with our 4 wheelers in it. I reached out to them and they came with no issues promptly from Lewiston and drove us and vehicles back to our home in Oxford The driver was friendly and kind and made a stop so we could get drinks. We had sat for many hours trying to fix the problem ourselves to no avail. They were wonderful and I would definitely recommend them. Always willing to go above and beyond.
We broke down on turnpike called Nadeau's for the first time. They were fast and friendly both on the phone and the driver ! The driver Richard even called to verify his information and gave us an ETA . When he arrived he explained the fees which are very reasonable. Definitely will use them again
