**Mr. Brandon** is definitely the best!!! This guy made the impossible,the possible!! Not sure how he managed to get my vehicle due to the circumstances, he made it happen and got it to a shop in great time! Recommend Brandon from no limit towing
They towed my car on a Saturday and refused to let me get it on a Sunday because they’re “closed” THEN charged me a $30 fee on top of the 250 because I “waited” to get my car???? Literally a scam!
No limit towing came to my rescue within 25 minutes of me calling them. It was super easy to make my payment and not to mention cheaper than anyone else. Rusty, the tow driver, was able to park my car in the difficult spot I needed him to. He was very kind and helpful. I will definitely use them again and ask for Rusty if he’s available, but I’m sure they are all as nice and helpful as he was.

Hands down the best tow experience I’ve ever had! Ian was patient and took care of my vehicle above and beyond what I was expecting even though it was missing a wheel. Such a nice guy, can’t recommend them enough!
if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had a few run ins with this company, and not once has the business been pleasant or even civil. they treat their “customers” like trash and want to take as much money from you as they can. business hours say 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and yet they are closed saturdays and sundays, yet they still make you pay for those 2 days of keeping your car locked up.

Vehicle was towed because daughter illegally parked. Once we payed she went into the yard to drive the vehicle out. While I was waiting for her, she calls and says the vehicle isn't acting right. Once she parked I inspected the vehicle and could tell that it wasn't shifting correct. I inform the clerk and when the owner comes out he immediately says they didn't do anything wrong and he also would not come out the office to see what the problem was. The owner called his driver(rusty) to come take a look and says the shift linkage to the transmission is loose. Of course any question I asked relative to their process of how the vehicle was retrieved basically unanswered or didn't make sense. After Rusty drove off the owner is comes out to leave and I proceed to tell him nothing was wrong with the vehicle before they towed it and next thing I know he starts to curse me out and try to berate me like I'm lying and trying to pull a fast one. Amongst this he tried to get me to fight him and tried to coerce me to hit him. I guess I wasn't as dumb as he thought since I didn't take the bait. ITS SAD WHEN YOU TRY TO CIVILLY TALK TO A BUSINESS OWNER AND MET THIS KIND OF DISCOURSE.

Brandon provided immediate service, even gave time estimates when the tow truck would arrive. 100% your go to company for towing needs. Darnell was fantastic and was able to help us out so efficiently, and he was so kind and absolutely is one of the best workers this company has hands down!! If you get the opportunity to meet Darnell just know that he knows what he’s doing! (Even if you don’t lol) Also would recommend this company because they are upfront with pricing as soon as you call and give you pretty affordable pricing. When you are in a pinch and need your car towed definitely call No Limit!!
5M stars would be nearly enough because These gentlemen are heroes! Between spotty cell phone service all over the city, my night vision not being what it used to be & not being familiar with the area, one night my GPS told me to turn right too early I found myself about 3 car lengths down a ravine of wet grass. I am so grateful that it was this company that was called to the rescue. Firstly, they were there almost Immediately after getting the call. They knew that I was out there alone & made it priority. Id love for them To be acknowledged for that. Secondly, they took the time to assess the whole situation as to how to go about towing without doing any more damage to my car. The kind of customer care that comes with a sense of urgency &
exhibits a higher level of respect was absolutely a breath of fresh air in that moment where I wasn't feeling so great about much. I would like to also like to thank them very much for their compassion & acknowledgment of behind the midst of the towing situation, there is an actual human who's dealings through the aftermath of an accident has only begun & then to top the whole thing off they have the most reasonable prices of towing services in the city I've found this far. No matter where I'm at in the area, if I find myself needing roadside assistance, they will always be the ones I will call.
10 out of 10 I definitely will recommend! The young lady who came to pick up my car named Holly was very kind. She listened and she also gave feedback on my vehicle that was very useful information to myself. She also allowed me to get things out of my car and she was patient, even when I was all over the place, the price was right in my budget to say that I had to get it towed and still have to get it fixed . I would definitely recommend for a tow or roadside assistance very quick, no delay and they stayed in communication. I also got my receipt back with everything on it just as quick, so definitely 10 out of 10

I was driving home from Hammond to Lafayette on I 10 when my car started to lose power and ALL of my problem indicator lights came on. I was fortunate enough to be able to safely get to a local mechanic shop before I entirely lost power. No Limit Towing was recommended and that was such a blessing. The dispatcher was kind and understanding of my situation. Mr. Terry showed up in 10 minutes and was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He got my vehicle and I to the local dealership for repair without issue making an otherwise unfortunate experience an opportunity to see how much good is in the world. Rusty towed my car, he was extremely nice and professional. He worked quick and was sure that my needs were met. He even dropped my car at the dealer the next without charging me for holding it overnight or towing it to the dealership. Great company and great service!! Thank you Rusty!
The price was reasonable. The customer service representative was courteous. The driver was very nice and professional. He handled my vehicle with care. He also provided assistance to me that was above and beyond his assigned duties. For this I say "Thank You". Common courtesy has gone away from us in our everyday enterchange with each other. So for this I say thank you again.
Unlimited towing was the only company in town (that answered the phone) that could haul my shortbus to the mechanic shop. Great communication, great service. Clint was so very helpful and attentive and did a great job at loading the vehicle up and getting it to the mechanic. Thank you!
No Limit towing just pulled us out of a ditch. They got there quick!!! Way faster than any other company we called, even AAA. They were beyond helpful and went out of their way to make sure not to damage our F150. I am sooo grateful that they were there to help when we needed them. Best tow experience EVER!!!
