Broke down while on a business trip. Got them as a recommendation at the gas station I ended up at. Fast service. Super friendly dispatcher and I do not remember the drivers name but he was very polite and nice on the ride to the dealership to drop my vehicle.
Trey was soooo patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I will request him if I need towing assistance again. Service was so quick and efficient. He made a bad experience so much easier to deal with.
Told me toll truck would be at location in an hour... an hour passed and called me to wait another hour. 2 hours passed and then told me they could not do it. Stranded in the middle of the bridge and had to call another company.
do not use this company its a family owned business where someone in the family is a thief unless you want people through your belongings without you knowing and trying to cover it up when your stuff comes up missing I recommend you use someone else spent 2 weeks trying to get my stuff back and never received it these were tools for my job and my customers all had to be put on hold while I waited to get my tools never get them all back and have had to buy more to get back on schedule with my customers because this is affecting my income and reputation of my company and I am getting with counsel so I can be reimbursed for the two weeks of lost time and business

Had a truck towed couldn't get it out or would they let me get my things out of the truck, and then when we finally got to get our belongings there was stuff stolen and the truck has been in there for 2 weeks! So much for family oriented
Would not recommend. If you’re looking for an honest company who strives to do the right thing; I would look elsewhere. Having your car towed is always stressful but having your car towed and then continuously being told different things and wasting time and gas money trying to resolve issues with the towed vehicle makes the whole experience even less pleasant.
Also- if someone if you know someone is already have a bad day, being kind costs absolutely nothing.
Never and I do mean never use this company getting your car towed should make a bad enough day but having to deal with the front desk, lady who is rude obnoxious, and no professional ability about her is insane. Trying to get your things when you need them out of your vehicle after you’ve given all documentation is nearly impossible with this company. I suggest you push your vehicle to where it needs to go before you call these people.
Shady company!!!!!!! Do not use under any circumstances! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They won’t respond to my calls or emails. I will never use again for any reason and the front desk lady is rude and unprofessional.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a company I would never recommend using this company to anyone we are in the process of getting litigation involved to get our property back from this towing company and they have been zero help in resolving this. If this doesn’t get resolved today I will contacting the authorities to recover my property and contacting the BBB to inform the general public how these clowns operate call anyone else for what you need this company is a joke
To need a vehicle towed is not a pleasant experience, but calling this towing service at 5:30 in the morning to schedule a tow truck and discussing my situation with an absolutely wonderful person BEFORE she had a chance to have her first cup of coffee was a surprisingly delightful way to begin the process. The driver was professional and quick about his job. HIGHLY recommend their service.
Leslie, a woman dispatcher has a very good nerves for all customers, stays calm, and explains her point in a reasonable way. price she gave did not change at the end of the towing. The reasonable price and reasonable work they did for or Volvo 2017 semi truck and trailer. We paid by efs code. They work 24/7
Great service by Tommy; friendly, talkative. Suggestions that I have, would be knowing what mechanic shops y’all have in the area. We were told there wasn’t hardly any mechanic shops and no one with Cummins but yet there was a Kenworth that had a certified mechanic. Know that large motorhomes, have truck chassis and can go to any major truck center. Having to be towed twice was very inconvenient.
Louisiana towing and recovery saved the day!! Had a lift we borrowed get stuck on a jobsite and they were quick to respond and get me out right before the rain hit. Ty from Louisiana Towing came out and got me from the side of the I-12 at 3:00 in the morning when no one else would—in pretty good time. All others were closed. And just as impressive as that, he didn’t put one scratch or dent my car—and he had to use skates and do a lot of pushing and pulling to get my little electric car on the ramp and off of it and into a narrow space/charging space when we got to our destination.
The young Lady who took the call (dispatcher) was warm and professional as well.

Great communication!! The driver was delayed, but they let me know well in advance and kept me updated until his arrival. It was dark when he made it, but the guy was a pro. He had my truck hooked up and off to the shop very quickly. He assured me that I didn’t need to follow him; I was worried, but everything was handled properly. I’m inclined to request their service if I need towing in the future.
They came extremely fast with no problems. I was mad at the agent at first because she kept putting me on hold and i wanted to call back and apologize to her because it wasn’t her fault I was stranded. Thanks for the help and I would definitely call them again if needed.
Louisiana Towing did a great job. They referred me to several repair shops, one being "Down South Truck repair" in Baton Rouge when I broke down on I-10 near La Place LA. When it became clear that Down South truck repair was being predatory and was trying to take advantage of my breakdown situation, Louisiana Towing showed up quickly and provided helpful, economical, and friendly professional service to get me to a better repair location.
