This is just horrible! I own a paint and body shop! And I went there to get some parts for a customer car! I paid for the parts and took them too my body shop! When I unwrapped the plastic they had dents and scratches in the door that I just brought from them!!! And now there telling me they can’t get me a new door and they only can give me 80$ back out of 1100$ I paid for out of my pocket!!! I will never in Life be using these people again!!
Bought a transmission from LKQ and was told after installation to bring back core for $395.00 I said are you sure? That would be great. She said yes bring back core in black plastic delivery box and I would get $395.00. I brought it back within 4 days of delivery and she said I would get nothing. Mistake? Lie? Still didn’t happen Questionable business practices.
Customer Service is the worst I’ve seen for a large company like LKQ/Keystone Normal wait time to request or place an order is an hour if they even decide to return to the call at all!! It’s really Pathetic!!
The gentleman clerk totally ignored me. He just continued to fiddle with paper even when I repeatedly asked for help. Fortunately, the female clerk was kind enough to assist me and apologized for her co-worker. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go there again.

They had parts I needed each time I called. And I've called several different times in all 5 of my cars . They were in stock. And didn't have to paint the view mirrors to match my car. They not only had the part but in the color of my car in stock. I am a woman but I no they have it together . I was a parts store employee once. So they made my part search easy . One call that's all and a 10 minute drive. Now I always no where to go. Thanks so much for making my life easy on my shopping. And their prices are so much cheaper than dealers.
