EMR provides great rates compared to other scrap yards and have some of the most helpful people. Working with Jaci has been a treat. She has went above and beyond to help make sure we are taken care of.
EMR on the Westside is where it’s at! I went today for the first time, their costumer service is what sets them apart from others. My interaction with Jaci and Jason was exceptional, they are the total opposite of the grumpy/rude sales associates at the other local yards. Fill that trailer up and let EMR fill your pockets up!
April was very professional and kind to me. I This is for today and yesterday . April and Any took good care of me despite the fact I arrived on the nose at 5 pm. They both are two very professional women with excellent business demeanors.
I’ve been selling my metal at EMR Port Allen for over 10 years and it’s hands down the best place around. Jaci will answer the scale phone when you get there and treat you better than you even deserve. Can I only give 5 stars?

This place is great. They provide top pay for for metal, April was very knowledgeable and gave great service over the phone onsite.
Only thing I would suggest is, for first time customers, they need a sign saying to answer phone and a little more direction on where to go.
Best place to do business! Better than la scrap. Was in and out with a good pay out thanks to April and jaci. I’ll definitely be back. I also encourage other people if your wanting a good pay out and quick service this place is where to go

Jaci and April took very good care of us. It was the first time we had ever scraped. And the guys that helped us unload where very nice. For a scrap yard it was nice and didn't have scrap all over the place.
I have been using EMR for little over four years. They are like a second family always polite and willing to help you. From the girls April (scale) and Jaci (cashier) to all the guys helping unload. Highly recommend giving them a try.
