The website is extremely helpful, all the cars are organized so if you search for the vehicle or part you can go straight to it. The best part about this place are the ladies at the front checking you in & out. I go to 3 other pull a part places & nowhere has friendly people like lkq, which is why I always go there before anywhere else. Their prices are normally better too!
The girl (light skinned)at the front counter has a bad attitude. I sell them a lot of junk cars and when she decides she doesn’t want to take cars anymore due to her closing car buy early she tries to extort you, she made me pay her out my pocket to take a car for the company. I can’t report her to the manager because he going to side with her due to him not knowing how to operate car buy. Someone needs to get her out of there ASAP. She has done this to many other junk car buyers. She likes to catch an attitude with the customers but don’t like it when they do it back and if you do yell back at her she tries to report you.

We had been there SINCE 1pm .We walked UP when they blew horn, by the time I got to the front pushing 2 carts full of items they told us we had to put all stuff back because they closed at 430!!! They checked out the guy (black)that walked up in front of me!!!
They REFUSED to check me out because they decided to close early that day and not inform anyone of it!! the young girl was arguing with me pretty much the whole time which she doesn't like me anyway because of prior incident that happened,so yes things like this is becoming a reoccurring problem,. The older lady told me that if I was there since 1 PM that we should have been there and got stuff and left already!! Which she was the one who checked us in and yet didn't inform us that they would be closing early..The whole time the MANAGER never said a word nor moved off that stool.!. We spend thousands of dollars at this place.My husband is there pretty much every day.. luckily someone recorded it !! Something MUST and WILL be done about this!!! I WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING TREATED LIKE THIS!!!
It's a salvage yard. Pay your two dollars, they let you in, pull your parts, pay, they let you out. Everything's mapped well and your cars are easy to find online and in the yard. No complaints.
As far as customer service goes. I've never had an issue.
The worse damn company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. THREE days waiting for them to come pick up the car from my house which is 10 minutes down the road. Was told from 9am-3pm the day I called was when I was scheduled for them to come get it. Three days later they finally call saying they were coming but said to call them back when I am home, never answered my phone calls after....I'd give zero starts if I could because this company Obviously couldn't care less about their customers....what kind of company doesn't have a direct phone line to call them???? Absolutely terrible!
asked to speak with someone at a certain yard and they claimed they don't have phones. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and they transferred me to some BS automated system.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I spent 3 hours pulling parts off cars, went back up front to dismount tires off of some rare BMW wheels I found and no one was operating the tire machine. Being a ase master certified tech, I started operating the tire machine myself. Shortly after, a guy calling himself the manager told us to get the F*** out before he calls the cops and leave all the stuff I spent time taking off of cars. There are no signs by this machine saying to ask for assistance, and even if there was, doesn't the company still want to make money off of me? Never going here again and I have spent plenty of money here over the years including engines etc.
The dumb ass that owns this place tried to sell me me a used Tire with a large gash in it. He said if it holds air it's a good tire. I laughed and he asked me "do you see a smile on my face. This idiot must be used of doing business with crackheads . He will never get another dime from me.
