Salesman I dealt with said they don't warranty spark plugs. I even showed him that on their official website with the plug number that it has a 3 year warranty and he still refused to warranty it. I used to work there and I know for a fact it is against O'Reilly's rules and regulations for him to do that. UPDATE went in the next day and spoke with the manager who also refused to warranty the spark plug. Wouldn't even look up on the account that it was bought under. I contacted the O'Reilly's in Magnolia and they have no problems warranting the plug. Told the Springhill manager that and got told to carry myself to magnolia. Without a doubt the most unprofessional and rudest O'Reilly's I have ever been too.

Idle air control valve was 85 dollars but I ordered off Amazon for under 20

First ,one of the employees was smoking by the door.greeted me ,but didn't ask if I needed any help .but I will be back.

Always excelent, need I say more. Went for a recharge for my AC they filled it and nice and cool. Skip the shop take it to O'Reillys. PS: Tip the guy that does it for you. Thats nice of them so do it!!! I did :)

I love O Reily's auto parts store. Do all my automotive shopping there. They are kind to Military and Law enforcement with a discount. No set percentage but it depends on the item. Give them a go especially the one in Springhill Louisiana.

People were nice but useless. They ordered the wrong part and didn't know what they were talking about. At least I got a refund.

They gave us the wrong part. Asked for an oil pressure sending unit, but they gave us a coolant temperature sensor instead.
