Very helpful people let's stay in there parking lot until we could get the parts we need during the ice storm took me and my wife to get us food and also gave us some of there home cooking soup
01-06 smoked a wheel bearing on my trailer called the next morning they sent someone out to access the problem and get a parts list went retrieved my parts and had me up and going by that afternoon definitely recommend fair priced, professional work ethic.
Wasn’t able to help with my vehicle today because.. well I dint drive an 18wheeler ?but the lady who answered didn’t hesitate to refer me with the phone number to who could help. Thank you !

Great, hard-working, honest people. I was broke down 3 miles away, and the owner personally came out to access the damage on my axle (no charge) he went back and worked up a reasonable estimate. Got it in the shop that AM and stayed 1hr past closing to finish the job. I highly recommend this place.

Had John and Joe come out to me for a starter replacement both were exceedingly friendly and courteous at the same time knowledgeable. They got the job done pretty quick and after talking to them learned their shop will handle most types of jobs. It's family owned and I will most likely use them as a dedicated shop from here on as their close to home for me. If you need some roadside assistance or some work at the shop I strongly recommend giving them the call and to the shop thank y'all very much I appreciate the work y'all did.

Truck was stranded on the shoulder, all but one of the lug nuts snapped off on semi trailer....shop was quick enough to gather all the parts needed for repair, communicated with updates and got the job done right. Friendly people and good service. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Had blowout on semi trailer 18 miles from there office, they showed up earlier than expected which was good. Did a good job,price was a bit steep but got me back on the road. Thanks
These people just tell you the repair price right at the end whatever they think it is and you really have to check your truck really good before paying the bill because now I'm going to a different shop to fix what these "professionals" have done.
Absolutely ridiculous place
What a great bunch a people when you need a suspension repair on a motorhome!! These guys sent a person within an hour after being contacted. They quickly removed the part and began looking for another one. They found it 8 hours away and had it priority shipped overnight and it will be installed in less than an hour in the morning.
They not only are fixing the issue, they informed me of practical solutions to prevent it in the future. They also told me how I could do it myself.
So if you have a diesel pusher and you have either suspension or tire-wheel problems, do yourself a favor and call these guys. You will be glad you did.
Great people here that are ready to help you with whatever you need. They specialize in Truck repair but they also rent U-Haul equipment. The call out service is 24hours and they were there to help me within the hour. Thank you guys!! Could not have made it home without you!
Sent my driver over for repairs. Baited and switched. Mechanic jumped into his car and took off leaving my driver without repairs. Because of that driver must stay overnight, everybody else is about to close. Lost a lot of time and money with this shop. Never again. Not recommended.

Cool people until you get your bill.drove to Little Rock and picked up parts and still try to charge for over night shipping. Then jack price up around 300 %.put wrong fan on. Might be good for tires but not for mechanical work when they know your in a bind
People are great , but not really good experience with the problem i had.
Called them with a problem at the truck stop .
My truck was not building the pressure in the engine and i got stuck.
This guys came and after many trying, diagnose my truck with the high pressure pump needs to be replaced.

Small problems with your truck are ok for this guys
But !!!! Do not call them if you have a major problem to fix
Probably is not gonna save you money but definitely TIME !!!!
Lewis Truck Repair is a wonderful find. If you are any where in the area they serve USE them! They are honest , go beyond what most do these days and the work they did on my truck was right on spot. The charge for the repair was fair. I recommend them highly.
