The best roadside service I ever had. My motorcycle wouldn’t start after stopping for gas in Arcadia, La. AAA had a hard time getting someone out to tow my motorcycle to the nearest Harley Davidson.Lincoln was the last company they contacted and they came out( they need to be the first company AAA try’s to call from here on). Outstanding service and very professional in what they do.
Broke down halfway to our destination and needed the truck towed to the dealership.. we called Lincoln roadside service and he was real quick, real efficient, and real polite. Will recommend to anyone who needs there services!
My semi needed a jump start…I told him where to meet me and he beat me there. He was there in 10 minutes. It only took him 5 mins to jumpstart my truck. Definitely recommended for all your roadside services

Daniel was incredibly good to us. Our rental car had broken down, and he went well above and beyond what would have been expected of him to make sure we were taken care of. A good man who takes pride in doing his job well and treating the people he deals with respectfully.
A blessing to be towed by this man. We had been on the interstate for 5 hours with a flat and no spare with a rental van, and he was finally called by the rental insurance (after many hours on the phone). He towed us an hour down the road to the nearest rental company location, late at night, and when the place was closed (we didn't know that before we left) he took us to the nearest hotel. Great man, excellent service!
Looked at how tricky of a tow job and what all he could do to prevent more damage to my truck, driver side ball joint broken. He also went above and beyond to avoid more damage, and he talked/explained everything to where I could understand and changed tactics if I didn't like situation. Great communication skills, care of vehicle, and extremely nice answering all questions, dumb or not.
Awesome experience! I will use them every time I’m stranded. He came right on time and was at the location in 15min or less. It was quick is all I know. The driver, very much a people’s person. Good attitude etc…. I can tell he loves what he does.

He was friendly and efficient. I was waiting on another roadside service for 5 hours and once I got in touch with them, He picked up my call and kept in touch until he arrived and fixed my car….
I ran out of gas way out in Heflin after 11pm. Daniel, the business owner, arrived within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It's always an uncomfortable thing for a woman to be broken down in the middle of the night but Daniel put me at ease and maintained the utmost professionalism. I would recommend his company to anyone.
Got to me faster than any roadside service I’ve experienced. Changed my tire quickly and loaded the damaged tire up in about five minutes. Good, friendly service.
Flat tire on I-20 on a holiday weekend! Located this super nice gentlemen thru my St. Farm app. Very polite and helpful. Once he arrived, he took my damaged tire off and replaced it with my spare- less than 5 mins with his own equipment. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. He told me “Your safer this way” when I offered to get out. Checked my other tires to make certain they were not damaged. Excellent service! Thank you so much!
