Tryna see why I had too pay 305$ for towing n when I get too see my car my bumpers hanging off, there’s dirt, and rocks all inside of my car. I don’t understand if you have too pay so much people handle your things with so little too no care. I WOULDNT recommend
This is the worst service I've ever seen in my life. I called my insurance company for roadside service 2 and a 1/2 hours ago. I call to see what was the et. A and the woman tells me what's they're just now leaving rusting. I calmly said, ma'am, I have to go to work. She starts telling me it's a Monday morning. She wasn't gonna listen to my attitude. I said, ma'am, I don't have an attitude. I have to go to work and then I hear a guy in the background telling, we'll cancel his service and then they hung up on me. Worst service everI would never call them if my life depended on it
Returning back from the Labor Day weekend road trip MzTMini *my car* got very sick.
Calling into my roadside provider they sent out Brick's Towing.
They were pretty prompt considering the location of where I was.
The Towing person was very detailed, communicative, friendly and careful.
**SN: He deserves to be instructed a newer or better running truck. The engine noise that it made for over 2 hours of a ride made it very hard to hear and scary.
THIS IS THE WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER, I AM FILING A COMPLAINT ON MY INSURANCE FOR RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY FOR TOWING. FULL OF LIES ONE AFTER ANOTHER. WAITED 4 AND 1/2 HOURS FOR A TOW ONLY TO HEAR A REPEAT OF THE LIE THEY TOLD FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL. ITS TRASH AS A COMPANY.
Fantastic service! Arrived on time and was very helpful and friendly- I was on a dark dirt road in the countryside but the driver quickly loaded the vehicle and confirmed my mechanic’s location- highly recommend
I just followed their tow truck from Farmerville to West Monroe. He crossed the white line 12 times, crossed the yellow 18 times. Ran 6 cars off the road onto shoulder. Would have been head on collisions. I'm not exaggerating, actually counted.
Customer service was so nice and and genuine the guy that showed up and towed my truck was so helpful even though the tire shop was closed he tried really hard to put air in my tire and was on time the next morning to get it where it needed to go 1-10 I'll give them a ten 100% recommend
Thank you so much for assisting me! I contacted several businesses that day for towing all were claiming to be in Shreveport Louisiana. Your customer service representative was the only one that answered the phone and when placed on hold actually came back. I really value the fact that she was professional as well as the towing guy. He was very professional the truck was neat, clean, and organized. They came exactly when stated. Thank you so much!
Thank you for saving my son last Thursday night on his way to Georgia from Texas. The other two towing companies in the area were no help. It was late and I appreciate the wonderful customer service the calls and texts were very much appreciated.

Called and spoke to the guy once and he never answered the phone again . I was simply trying to get my truck towed it ended up breaking down right out of Farmerville, but instead it ended up in Ruston some how. THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE AND IM PRETTY SURE IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY RACE . Farmerville La!!
Condescending. Communicated very clearly he didn't feel like towing a vehicle. Open for business but irritated when asked to do your job? Typical non-professional back woods outfit.
I called inquiring about an abandoned vehicle pick up and the exchange was very professional and courteous. A day and time was set same day, hence vehicle was promptly removed. Communication during process was superior. Thank you Brick's Towing!!
