My car was towed by this company, and many of my most personal belongings were inside my bag — including headphones, cash, a wallet, credit cards, and several deeply sentimental items. These were the last things left to me by a loved one who passed away, and they hold immense emotional value. I called ahead to confirm, and they assured me that my entire bag was safely kept in their office.
However, when I arrived, they only returned my credit cards and card holder. Everything else — including the items left to me by my deceased loved one — was missing. Losing these items wasn’t just losing objects; it was losing the final memories of someone who is no longer in this world.
When I asked for my backpack, they refused to give it back that day. Only after I repeatedly insisted did they return it the next day — but many important items, including my headphones, cash, and the sentimental belongings from my loved one, were still gone. The staff claimed they had “no idea” what happened or who took them.
The way they handled my belongings — especially items that were the last traces of someone who passed away — feels no different from theft. No towing company should treat anyone this way.
After countless times of trying to get into my vehicle, I had no other choice but to call a tow. They came within 10 mins and was able to get into my vehicle within 5 mins. Nice guy!
Highly recommend Bennetts the lady on the phone was very polite and friendly, truck driver was also very nice, responsive, and got here quickly. Price was cheaper than every other tow truck company I had called, will be using this service again. They also do not ask for card over the phone which I very much appreciate as I don't feel safe telling people my card info over the phone.

Ms. Dayna is an awesome person. She handles her business with professionalism and compassion. My daughter was in a head on collision. She was a passenger. She lost her purse. I needed my 1993 Corvette moved from home to Ross Downing Chevrolet for service because it would not start. I was very apprehensive because the Vette has very little ground clearance. Totaled my truck on I-55 near Riddoxk After waiting foe 3 hours fo a r Louisiana State Trooper my wife called Berners-Lee ans they were there in 20 minutes. Tow service was awesome bur I can't say the same of the storage lot. I left work early to collect my tool boxes and my personal items. The hours on Goofls said opened u til 5:PM but the lady at the office said I would have to return because they close at 4:30 even though itt wa a little before 4:pm! Mentioned it when I came back that weekend and was told they close early sometimes.......okay??!
