  Highly recommend Bennetts the lady on the phone was very polite and friendly, truck driver was also very nice, responsive, and got here quickly. Price was cheaper than every other tow truck company I had called, will be using this service again. They also do not ask for card over the phone which I very much appreciate as I don't feel safe telling people my card info over the phone.

  Ms. Dayna is an awesome person. She handles her business with professionalism and compassion. My daughter was in a head on collision. She was a passenger. She lost her purse. Ms. Dayna sent someone to look and they found it. I was able to go pick it up. Thank God for honest people like those at Bennett's Towing. Everything was exactly as it should be. Thank you Ms Dayna for making a bad time in my life much easier. God bless you. I would highly recommend Bennetts's Towing to anyone.

  I wrecked my truck and was put in hospital,when I got out and went to retrieve my belongings out of the truck 5 bait caster combo rod and reels were gone along with 2 tackle boxes full of bass lures.tackle was in the cab mind you so these people are shady.would not recommend them to my worst enemy

  I needed my 1993 Corvette moved from home to Ross Downing Chevrolet for service because it would not start. I was very apprehensive because the Vette has very little ground clearance. However, Dayna Bennett the owner, assigned her top driver Juan to handle the job, which he did expertly AND at a very reasonable price. Customer service, resolute commitment, caring engagement, expertise, and reasonable cost make this company a 5-Star, A+ towing service provider.

  Totaled my truck on I-55 near Riddoxk After waiting foe 3 hours fo a r Louisiana State Trooper my wife called Berners-Lee ans they were there in 20 minutes. Tow service was awesome bur I can't say the same of the storage lot. I left work early to collect my tool boxes and my personal items. The hours on Goofls said opened u til 5:PM but the lady at the office said I would have to return because they close at 4:30 even though itt wa a little before 4:pm! Mentioned it when I came back that weekend and was told they close early sometimes.......okay??!![

  The front half of our splash shield came off about a mile outside of Pontchatoula LA. While waiting on roadside assistance to show with a tow truck we called a local mechanic who recommended we call Mike. He was incredibly friendly and when I explained our situation he brought us some zip ties so I could refasten the shield under the car. He waited to make sure we were good to go. Saved us a tow, a cab ride and a couple of hours of hassle. All with a really nasty storm coming. And he wouldn’t even accept any payment. Highly recommend this company just based on how kind and courteous they were. They went out of their way to take care of us.

  When my husband and I had two tires go out on his boat trailer and we’re stuck on side of the interstate at 8:00 PM on Sat. Night and Seatow could not even get anyone to come tow us home, Bennett’s was there for us and even with the boat barely fitting there flatbed and some of the tire having to hang off, he got us home safely!! I will always call them when I need a tow!

  Just wreckless. Truck just pulled out in front of me in the interstate. Night time, raining, and now they are flying down the road. Speeding with a car in tow. Large red flatbed. Had to pull over to write this review. I hate irresponsible businesses. Only gave 1 star bc I had to in order to post.

  I was involved in a car accident a few nights ago and I requested Bennett's Towing to help me when I needed them the most. They arrived quickly and the driver was very professional. When I retrieved my truck over 24 hours later I discovered the $15 that I had forgotten in my dash. I personally think that says a lot about the honesty and integrity of this buisines. I've done buisines with them in the past and if I find myself in need again I know where I'm going.

  My husband was in an accident and Bennett’s towed and stored our TOTALED undrivable car. Went two days later to retrieve my husbands business computer from the car. First, my husband was badly injured and was barely able to walk but because I was not on the registration he had to come with me and get out of the car to do paperwork!! Secondly, they would only allow one person to go to the car, because it was me , they made me leave my drivers license with them to insure I wouldn’t drive off with the car. Bottom line is these people are over the top with their rules. Considering my husband was just in a major accident a few days before they could have allowed me, his wife, to do this alone. They could hv also allowed him to view the car with me. We did not have the keys to drive off anyway!! Finally, they hv a sign next to the service window that says “ no smoking, no cussing and no sagging pants”!! What do these people running, a 5 hotel. Finally , thank goodness my husband told them that the insurance company was coming the following day for the car. They had him sign a release then told him had they not known they would hv called him to sign a release once the insurance company showed up. Anyway, be a prepared for the third degree if they store your car after an accident.

  We want to thank Bennetts and Shane ( I think was his name) he drives the new truck and is a fire fighter. we waited 4 hours for the insurance's tow to get out to us...they kept changing when they were coming. we called Bennettes and explained the situation. start to finish they were sweet and kind and so helpful. they sent someone out right away and we were able to get it take care of. more importantly they were so so nice and kind.
