This incident involved my daughter, who pays monthly for a designated parking spot. She called this towing company to report another vehicle that was parked in her paid spot.
Instead of addressing the vehicle that was actually violating the parking agreement, the driver-who identified himself as the owner of the company, towed my daughter’s truck because she had parked next to the offending vehicle while trying to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, the car that was originally reported was never towed or addressed at all. When my daughter questioned this, the owner was rude, unprofessional, and accused her of lying, and used threatening language, which was intimidating and completely inappropriate.
This was an abuse of discretion and an extremely upsetting experience. My phone call with this said owner(John) was just as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional as well. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution and go elsewhere!
The tow guy was very fast and cool. I was stuck in mud after delivering packages and I could not get out after trying to make a U-turn on a narrow road. I waited on roadside for hours, after no one came I called someone local and they came in 30 minutes.
Sept 29.130pm Sunday Service man John that came to my rescue went out of his way to help me..reasonably rate for time he spent..was very polite..if I was in this area again..I would use this company again
Big John is the best. Dependable is an understatement. This man has been THERE FOR ME. Always a great upbeat attitude and gets there quickly. I don't even know how he does it tbh. It's been like 15 times and he's there within an hour (or less) every time. Five stars!
Blew a tire on top of bridge about 15 mins outside of the city. Mr. John got to us in about 35 mins, very quick! He took us to a gas station to help us change the tire, but we realized we did not have the key to our tire locks. Mr John went above and beyond bringing us to a tire shop, an auto parts store, and another tire shop looking for a way to get this lock off. He didn’t leave until he was sure we were gonna be taken care of. Even though we added a ton of extra time and miles to this trip, he still charged a very reasonable price. A sweet person and service you don’t find much nowadays, if you need help in an emergency, call this place!!
Went above and beyond to help during a disaster. I certainly wont ever forget John. One of the rare ones that really does go out of his way to help out others any way he can. A+, dont even bother calling anyone else.
After breaking down on the interstate we were picked up and towed within 30 minutes. Our car was delivered to a auto repair shop and we were taken to a motel. The price was reasonable and the service was above and beyond. Thanks John!
Very reasonable and made sure he didn’t damage anything on my car while getting out a ditch that it was stuck in after I tried getting it out my self thank you so very much will recommend to anyone and to note it was 4:30am so thankful he was available
So I got stuck in my yard early in the morning with my company vehicle I tried everything to get out of it but I couldn’t so I Looked up a few towing companies before I come across Hook’em Up Towing and Recovery. They were close by where I lived so after reading reviews I decided to give them a call. Mr.John picked up right away and within mins he was on his way. Didn’t take him long to get me hooked up and pulled out of swamp of a yard I got stuck in. Very friendly super helpful and very professional. Made sure he wasn’t gonna do any damage to my ride and tried to prevent even more damage to the yard. I’d recommend Mr.John for any of your towing needs
Mr. John is a smile on a bad day!!! I thought breaking down was going to kill my pocket book but Mr. John's prices I could afford & he was there fast so I wasn't stuck on the side of the road !! And when I met him I knew everything was going to be good & that's my smile on a bad day!!! I will difently will use Mr.John agian !!!
John was very professional and courteous. Had my van hooked up and on my way to the repair shop very quickly. Called when he was close and made a otherwise bad experience tolerable. Thank you!
Over the the phone he sounds mean but he is a really nice guy . My work truck was stuck and he was there in 10 minutes ,in the dark ready to help . He didn’t leave till I was all the way out of the steep incline of a road . I’m saving his number and I hope u do as well.. Oh and it was a nice price !!
2 other towing services couldn't help us but John was just passing by and said he could help. He went to get his tow truck and my 35' 5th Wheel RV was back on the road in no time and a reasonable price, too! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
