My car was towed to Gateway Ford yesterday afternoon after regular business hours. Eric was the person who picked up my car. I called Eric to make sure the drop off was a success. He proceeded to tell me that the drop off was a success. Eric stated that the keys were left in the correct drop box. I called Gateway around 3 pm because I had been waiting for them to call me about my car. They did not see my car and there were no keys left in the drop box as I was told by Eric. After calling Eric with no success, I called Granger towing myself. The lady who answered the phone stated after calling me back that Eric stated where he dropped off car. I called Gateway back and said my car was found but the keys were left in the cup of the car. I was told specifically that the keys were left in the drop box. This has delayed the process of my car being repaired.
Wanted to thank Eric for getting to my son so quickly late last night on I-12 after his truck caught fire. He towed his truck from Hammond to Covington. Communication and response was exceptional.

Where to start…after breaking down on the side of the road and barely getting to an exit Tyler came to the rescue! Honestly he changed the whole trajectory of my night with his kindness! Outstanding service! Only company I will use again. The owner himself made sure that every detail was attended to. My vehicle was safely stored while on their property. I was treated with care and professionalism in the middle of a crisis situation. Other places treated me like another number when I was actually able to talk to someone and not a machine. When I called this company, however, they answered the phone and went the extra mile and did so in a very timely, and affordable, fashion. Highly recommend.

Needed a vehicle & a rebuilt engine shipped from two different stops, to a third stop. Communicated this with Granger's, they agreed. So the driver grabs the vehicle from the 1st stop, and drops it at the 3rd stop. Then asks the mechanic at the 3rd stop, if he can unload a motor. The mechanic says no. He leaves. I call the mechanic, he tells me the motor was strapped to a pallet, and he could have dropped his ramp with his winch attached to the pallet. I also was told that the 2nd stop was a courtesy, and that I was charged regular price for my jeep. Why wasn't I given all this information up front?....

I have had a vehicle towed by this company several times now. Each time, the tow, the customer service, and the price were the absolute best. I will never call anyone else but Grangers for a tow, and I recommend them highly. I could not believe the difference in price compared to the first five companies I called for service. However, I chalked it up to a mistake or just my fantastic luck… the first time. But, time and time again, Grangers have proved themselves. I wasn’t just shocked by the price difference, but the difference in how every other tow company had treated me, put me off, and charged, (robbed) me, once I dealt with Grangers a few times. One quick example: same tow at a Ponchatoula company - $180, one in Hammond - $175, another in Hammond - $160, Grangers - $85. Call Grangers. They are the only honest and affordable tow company in the area and they come when you call.
This company helped me out of a huge bind when I needed a tow from Hammond to Scott. The guy that towed my truck was quick and had excellent customer service. Would easily recommend to anyone needing help. I'm so thankful.
I really can't recommend them enough. We broke down at 4am with 2 small children in 37 degree weather literally hundreds of miles from home. They picked us up and put us in touch with a mechanic who was able to get us back on the road. They were friendly, helpful and made a very bad situation manageable.

I called Granger for a jump. Woke up and battery was dead. Needed to get a jump and get to work. Only staff person available at the moment was Victoria, owners wife. She came straight over and was very patient. I have an older car and the battery is under the seat. I'm a mature woman with grandkids and needed help getting car seats out, for us to be able to get to the battery. Victoria was helpful and understanding. Price was reasonable also. Worth every penny.

Got stuck in a ditch, trying to turn into my driveway late one night, after work. These guys were able to get to me within 15 mins and had me out of the ditch within 2 mins. Fast,friendly, and professional. I'd definitely recommend them.
I guess if zero stars was an option that is what they would get. This morning, around 3:00AM I was on some back road that I wasn't familiar with and I came to a point where the road was flooded over, so in attempt to back up and turn around I found myself in some really soft ground right on the side of the road and got myself stuck. I tried all the normal tricks to get out, but nothing worked. I got on my phone and found out Grangers Towing was within about 5 miles of me, and I figured with their 24/7 hours and good reviews that it was a perfect fit for the situation, and I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to come hook a tow strap to the front of my vehicle and pull me out, would have taken no time at all. I called their number and was greeted with a voicemail message telling me to leave my name and number and I would be called back immediately, so I left a message with my name and number telling them I needed some assistance. Then I waited... waited some more... I saw on Google the chat option they have listed, so I tried that... gave my name and phone number, mentioned I needed help ASAP... then I waited... waited some more... and nothing. I had to call a friend and wake them up at 4:00AM to come help me out. Here it is 8 hours later now, still no call or message back. If you are ever in the need of towing assistance, and you pull these guys up... Don't hesitate to call another place while you wait for Grangers to respond... or you will be waiting a looooong time.
I called Granger’s towing for a tow from Robert to Denham Springs. I was impressed with their quick response time and their professionalism. They were very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely use them again if needed.
