I was stranded at a gas station in Hammond after my vehicle broke down. This company came and towed my vehicle to their local shop. Assessed my vehicle and repaired the water pump and belts all at a very fair price. He then coordinated with the trailer company I hired to get my vehicle to me in Florida. They saved me a bunch of headaches and were extremely professional through our entire communication during the process of getting my vehicle fixed. JJ and his partner from Frazier Boy’z Towing came to my rescue late on a Saturday night (after two other local towing companies cancelled through AAA) as I was stranded with a flat tire for 3 hours on the busy I-55 bridge heading north to Hammond, LA. I really appreciated that he called me directly to let me know exactly when he would arrive and then flashed his lights as he passed heading south to let me know he was making the u-turn soon. Showed up right on time as promised too! Super personable upon meeting and quick as lightning, JJ had my car rigged up on his tow truck, out of harm’s way, and on the road to Hammond within 15 minutes. When we arrived at a safe open parking space he let my car off his tow truck masterfully with care and popped on the spare tire in under 10 minutes. After a long frustrating night with AAA, this turned out to be the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow, and Frazier Boy’z Towing are now my go-to. Highly recommend for 5 star service! Trucks tire came off due to bad hub coming home from thanksgiving dinner in Lafayette with the wife’s family thankfully it waited to break around the Holden ext it was right at 2 in the morning when we were sitting on the side of the interstate when no one would answer JJ did ! Was there an had the truck loaded up in no time very polite very professional most definitely recommend anyone who can be that nice at 2 in the morning on late night call after a thanksgiving meal is alright by me THANK YOU JJ !!!
