This company is a scam. They just make the phone call for a customer and charge them 300% over the price they paid the tow truck company. Please everyone call a local towing company. I refuse to do business from these types of places because they are everywhere. I own a towing service and what these people do is completely wrong. They charge that just to make a phone call and it's the towing service that get the bad name. I charged 100 for a tow and they charged the customer 395 for the same tow. People don't know Please let people know. Don't let them scam you.
Tim with roadside rescues was awesome. He pulled up on an accident checked on the people and then cleared the roadway using his truck in man power by request of the state police. He then couldn’t take the fair due to state laws but he put the safety of the public first. Haven’t used their service yet but after seeing the actions of this company I would in a heartbeat.
Amazing! I locked myself out of the car and waited an hour and a half for his competitor before my insurance called this company. He was there in 13 MINUTES and he even called to check on me! Absolutely amazing, professional service! I called my insurance and recommended they use Roadside Rescue Services exclusively.
