Car got towed after an accident. I guess these people assumed since it was a police tow, that we weren't going to be coming for the car, so they RANSACKED my car, STOLE MONEY AND MY RADIO OUT OF MY CAR, then tried to say it wasnt them!! So, they basically are saying the state police stole these items out of my car before they got there. Then, the lady acted like she didnt know what a form 39 was, because she wasnt expecting me to know of such a thing, and she rose hell when she realized I knew what I was talking about. You'd think if you've been in the towing business for 40 years, you'd know what a form 39 is. Long story short, these people are thieves. The car was destroyed on the inside. Multiple items stolen. Which, if they werent so greedy, they could've just waited on the the title, then claimed anything in the car, since they would then be in township. But no. They couldn't WAIT to get their hands on anything they could salvage. Pathetic.
Very rude driver! Over priced! They charged me 150 to tow me like 3 miles! Dangerous driving by the driver , the driver had a severe attitude problem! Do not use them!
Everything was so easy from the call to Keith’s Towing to showing up very quickly. Our driver Matt was very helpful in the scary situation and took care of everything. Highly recommend them next time you need a tow!

I called Keith's Towing Service when my RV got stuck in the mud and needed to be pulled out. The wrecker arrived pretty quick after my call. The operator Mark sized up the job and discussed with me what he was going to do to remove the RV. Once he got my approval it was a matter of minutes and the trailer was back on a solid surface. I want to thank Mark and Keith's Towing for their professionalism and quick response along with their reasonable rates.
Travis at Keith's Towing Service went above and beyond to help me load and transport my truck back to my house and to a local diesel shop. Not only was he super nice and easy to work with, but he actually took the time to research what the possible issues might be for my truck. Called for an after hours emergency service to change out a flat tire for our daughter traveling home from college. I had to pick up my car today and didn't have cash. One of the employees insisted on driving me to my credit union and waited while I was at the ATM. (Cash was a LA state requirement, not Keith's). Such nice people and they'll work with you.

After waiting more than an hour for a different tow company We called Keith’s and will never use anyone else if a problem arises in the future.

Needed a jump.these guys were 2 miles from me. I assumed being so close and a 60 second jump it wouldn't be that much.boy was I wrong. I didn't ask how much when I called,but I should have.figured 40$ would have be more than reasonable. They charged me 75$ to jump me off.. ridiculous!!! Never use them again
My car broke down on the interstate at night, and I was frantically searching for places that could tow it on short notice. This place was great.
The woman on the phone was nice and could tell that we were in a stressful situation. She sent out a tower named Matt that got in touch with us. Matt was a professional. He called us and gave us updates throughout the night. He safely got our car towed to a repair facility.
This morning started off bad with my car breaking down on the way to work, but ended up better thanks to Jim at Keith's Towing. He was fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and probably saved me a whole lot of money! Highly recommend!
East bound i-10 today, just before 182, driver almost ended my life. I was slowly passing him in the left lane and he decided he also wanted to be in the left lane. Ran my tires into the grass in the rain, and I am insanely lucky I didn't lose control. I wouldn't give this company a dime until their drivers are trained properly. It's scary and sad.
Called them after AAA could not get to me in several hours. They showed up immediately and the driver was awesome, a true professional who got the job done in minutes safely. Highly recommend this service if you are in the Mandeville are. Call them first!
Very friendly people. They only let me use cash though. That was a little bit of a downside. No noticeable damage to my vehicle from their equipment was observed. Prompt service as well.

The drivers at Keith's are experienced and friendly. They arrive quick (or if they can't they actually give you a real estimate based on real reasons instead of blowing smoke up your butt). They listen to their customers and ask relevant questions. I've never been left hanging or passed over for a more profitable gig by Keith's towing. Definitely recommend their company for both emergency and non emergency towing needs.
They did a wonderful job! The gentlemen that came out were both progressional and polite. Highly recommend Keith's towing service! Our car was in a weird spot on a rural road and to me it was an awkward tow getting it back upright but they worked together well and did a great job. Paying them was super easy as well. I only caught Jordans name and not the other gentleman but they were both great. They made a bad situation easier to navigate.

After calling 2 other roadside assistance companies and waiting for one that said it’d be an hour and was a no show, I called Keith’s. They were at my vehicle within the hour. Changed my tire in matter of minutes. Was courteous and charged $35 less than the other company quoted.

Friday night my 2020 Freightliner broke down at the Wal-Mart DC in Robert, of all places. I called Keiths Towing and I was told the wrecker would be there in about 45 minutes. Well, lo and behold, 45 minutes later, there he was! I got a tow to the Freightliner shop in Slidell. Warranty work, so no cost to me for the tow, Keiths billed the Freightliner shop. Damn, I wish it could always be this easy. I 100% recommend this wrecker service to my fellow professional drivers.
I used their services this morning. Devin was there very quickly. He was super expedient and professional. I recommend for sure. Great prices as well. Even when your vehicle has issues they are very positive and easy to work with.
