Very Racist & Very Rude.. is NEVER do business with them EVER ! And the guy who answered the phone should never be in customer service . I’d push my vehicle for hours before I call this place for help.
These guys are HUGE CROOKS! They were five mins away from me and I had called because I locked my key in my truck. They were gonna change me $125 dollars just to unlock my truck! After no one else would answer or they were busy so I was forced to call them back. They were very rude over the phone as well. Thank god I had asked around before they showed up and I found some else for 45$. When I called to cancel the guy told me very rudely, “good luck with that” when I told him I found someone for 45$ and “my price goes up at 5” it was 4:30. The other guys showed up very promptly and was done in less than three minutes. I will never call C&J again, they pray on people at their lowest time.
Fishy. My insurance company run the vin. And they said it was the I'd number of a roadmaster but the car is a lasabre . and I see the wind shield has just been put in. The windshield was cracked when installed because upon investigation I found black epoxy in the cracks had been squeezed up the cracks. I'm going to call a number the DMV gave me If can't get a refund
Called to get some vehicles towed off my commercial property and was told since I wasnt the police they did not have a truck available! I will be reporting them. My money is just as good as anyone elses so if I was stranded on the side of the road you mean to tell me that you wouldnt come because im not the police! Extremely bad customer service and even worse attitudes. Would not recommend them to ANYONE!
