I called after hours on a holiday weekend. They told me it would be an hour before they could get to me but showed up 30 minutes later, in a storm. The 1 hour job they had been working was going to take much longer. So, the owner drove out and took care of me himself. He was extremely kind, professional, and got me back on my way. Highly, highly recommend.

Really nice guy, pulled me out of the Lousiana muck. Gave me directions to Burns Point Landing/Rec Area, much better camp spot.

Dissatisfied with service. My parents requested service to tow a vehicle to an auto repair shop. Their vehicle was delivered to an incorrect address. The auto repair business owner had to search the neighborhood for the missing vehicle. When my parents notified Scotty's Towing, the dispatcher refused to send tow truck back to resolve the issue. Dispatcher also stated a partial refund would not be granted for their error. The vehicle was then moved by the auto repair owner. The quality of service was below par. This review is based on my opinion of their service or lack there of. Modified on 7/12/18 @ 5:51pm There's a difference between an address that begins with 700 and one that begins with 708. Your final comment during our phone conversation was "if you're not satisfied with the service, report us" I'm taking your recommended advice on various levels. I will be the voice for my parents when they choose not to provide customer feedback for service that doesn't meet expectation. A good quality initiative to model is "Do it right the first time"

Helpful place my car broke down in the lot not only did they fix it for a good price they gave me a deal on parts as well great staff(Kimberly) took good care of us
