I had my 22' Genesis G70 towed from my house to the dealership in Lafayette. The customer service to schedule the tow was excellent. She was very nice and professional. The driver, Forest, showed up quickly and treated my car with the utmost care making sure that I did not have to worry about my car getting scratched or damaged from the tow. He explained every step of the process putting my mind at ease. He also let my 2 yr old daughter see the inside of the truck and honk the horn! She loved it! Thank you Forest and Alleman Towing! Great experience with this tow company. Answered right away when I called, priced great for a 60 mile tow to Baton Rouge, and had a driver on the way immediately. The driver, Jonathan, gave me some great advice for talking with the shop I was towed to, and I had a great chat with him on the driver. My go-to tow company from now on!
Car left me stranded on I-10, they sent a truck within minutes, rode with Jonathan and delivered car to shop no problem, very professional and it worked out that he even dropped me back off at my home!
Astonishingly, I broke down in 2 separate vehicles twice in the same day. I contacted James Alleman Towing and they were extremely professional and courteous. Jonathan, the driver, arrived quickly both times. Very fair price. Felt like I was treated like family. Highly recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of requiring a tow around Lafayette or Breaux Bridge.
These people are not only true professionals, but compassionate and easy going. I’ve used James Alleman Towing several times, over the years. Two of the times were, basically within a week or so. They are quick to respond, quick to get to you and have the best attitude in doing so! I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the very pleasant dispatch lady that helped me. But just know she was AWESOME! Tow truck driver, Forest was absolutely the nicest guy.
