I forgot to take my daughters birthday money out of the car (yes, I do realize how dumb that was). I called and ask them to put it in a safe place until I could get it. I guess they decided to charge a convenince fee because half of the money was gone and what was left was folded in half (it was flat in the envelope when left not folded). Of course when I called the lady informed me that, that was all that was in here when they took it out of the car. No concern what so ever. Extremely dishonest employees. Use at your own risk!
