Horrible. Called and told me 45 minutes and to feel out the 4 questions on text. Filled them out and 20 minutes later they sent the same text again. Filled it out and sent it in, called the guy to confirm he got it and he said I had to fill out the form. I told him the form has been filled out twice can you confirm? He says no and tells me to find another service. Complete waste of time.
The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE . The wreck happened away from my home area, so it was a good ways to get back to their towe yard . They would not let us do electronic release to the insurance company and the receptionist asked “what you don’t think your car is valuable” SHE HUNG UP SEVERAL TIMES. It’s 2024 and whatever their protocol processes is , is very outdated !!
Sending a shout out to Tony's Towing. My car wouldn't start, called them early this morning, got my car to Hyundai super quick. Turns out, the starter had to be replaced, under warranty....Got my car back the same day. Thank you for picking up my car up and delivered to dealership bright n early.
Trina was very professional and helpful. She had empathy to what I was going through and let me get my belongs out of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Tony's to all my friends and family.
Tony's Towing gets a 5 star rating from me. Tony is fast, good at the job, makes every effort to get to his customer when & where a tow is needed. He to me is one very nice guy who appreciates his customer. I totally reccomend his towing service to everyone in need of a tow.

Worst place ever, very unprofessional and rude! No kind of office, handled everything while they sat in the car. Giving me change out their wallets like they were pocketing the money. I hated everything about getting my car out of their lot!
