I have to say this is the best towing company I’ve ever dealt with when I had a car situation. They were very helpful and very courteous. I will recommend them to everyone that I know thanks guys. I really appreciate your help.

Unfortunately I was in an accident today on interstate 310 southbound and my truck was undrivable. As stressful as that is, Mr. Eastwood from Jake’s Towing came out and got it loaded right up with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then he gave me a lift to a local gas station where I was able to get a ride back home. Absolute 5 Star experience in helping me navigate a very stressful and upsetting situation. Hope I never need em’ again, but glad to have em’!

I would like to say thank you to Jake’s for the kind gesture they extended towards my mother. Her inoperable car was towed which lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. My name is Randall Woods, and I'm an owner operator. On March 18, 2024, I had my 2020 Peterbilt 579 stutter and die in the middle of traffic 3 miles from delivering a 40k manlift on a stepdeck trailer. I called Jake's Towing and the girls in the office sent (2) trucks at my request to not only rescue the load and make an on time delivery, but to also tow my truck to Peterbilt of New Orleans. Clint, the girls in the office, and Jake's drivers treated me better than I could have ever hoped for. They also safely stored my trailer at their yard while my truck was in the shop.

I highly recommend Jake’s towing. I was stuck right off the Houma Boutte exit with a flat tire. I called my insurance the sheriffs department and troop b. None of them showed up even after stating they were on their way. I saw their sign and desperately needed their help I had been stuck there already for 3 hours on the side of the road with my 4 small children. I was having issues with my jack. Clint sent someone out to help me. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the way they treated me, the urgency to help, and even the price. If you are in need of anything that this business provides they are the ones!!! Thank you so much Clint and Jake’s towing!

Jake’s had great service!! My car was impounded and he went out of his way on consecutive visits to help me out of the situation I was in. Good service and better people!

Had to get my car out from being towed and Which they are closed on Sunday but best believe you are charged for that day too.

I called asking about cars for sale ( mustangs ) placed on top of crushed vehicles near fence on side of highway, gave me times of operation, went out my way to view these vehicles, they were rude when I got there , would not let me in yard view the vehicles, their exact words ( as is where is ) 🤦🏼‍♂️ didn't want to open the hood or anything, just up close viewing instead of 60 feet away and only seeing 1 side of the cars . Definitely never going to do business with them. Also stepson had accident and his car was towed there and they didn't want to release contents unless he forfeit the title, they had the car up for sale on side of highway soon as they could , Thieves.

They are amazing I would recommend this tow company to anyone with any car trouble. They definitely will work with you under any circumstances. They did such a huge favor for me out of the kindness of there hearts. The staffs will treat u with respect and as a person not just a paying customer. I really do appreciate y’all working with me. Horrible customer service. Purchased a trailer that was at their yard and gave them a days notice then in the morning called twice to notify them to please get it out we’ve been here over three hours and the owner is being a total jerk. Had to call the police on him.

My car was towed a couple weeks ago and after everyone making me jump through hoops to get my car back the only business I dealt with that was fast, friendly and easy to deal with was Jake's Towing. Eastwood helped my save a few bucks and they took great care of my car. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

If you have ever had a vehicle towed, then you know that recovering it can be quite a painful experience. Well, I am here to tell you that Jake's Towing made the process as painless as possible for me. How my commercial vehicle ended up at Jake's Towing is not important, but the professional and courteous way I was treated is. Yesterday, on the day of the incident I spoke with Dawn via phone. She was very personable and quickly provided all of the information I requested. Today, I visited their facility to arrange payment and pick-up. When I arrived Dawn greeted me and immediately began assisting me. A gentleman named Clint was in our immediate vicinity and decided to step in and help. After hearing my situation Clint proposed a very good and feasible option for me. He then proceeded to take me to my truck where I retrieved my ownership documents. When I saw the good condition and placement of my box truck on their lot, I was very impressed. I highly recommend Jake's Towing and Parts, and look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

Jakes is really good at working with the community, and rendering the best possible service to their customers. I can’t say enough about how they’ve helped me on more than one occasion. I appreciate their Professionalism, and the way they keep their word. Mr Eastwood was very kind and helpful he even went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother and I knew what route to take next. I recommend this business to any need their providing service. I will do business again thanks a lot. Very sweet and business oriented staff.

My car was abandoned on the interstate during hurricane Ida and Jakes towed it for the state troopers. They didn't have power until two weeks after I returned so I was unable to get my car out in a timely fashion, which caused my storage fees to skyrocket. When I arrived to retrieve it, they were absolutely wonderful and waived the storage fees so I could get my car back. Debra was exceptional and absolutely cool, calm and collected in a time that I know was stressful for everyone. Highly Recommend Jakes!!

DJ was great. Picked up and dropped the vehicle off almost within an hour. Will definitely use Jake's again. I might even request him. Great service

WOW, What else can I say. Service was outstanding! Very quick to pickup and deliver my vehicle to dealership. Price was just as good as service.. My now go to service if needed in the future .

Gaynell was very helpful in getting my car towed fast & efficiently, went above and beyond knowing their circumstances due to hurricane ida. Would recommend for anyone in this area, Stacey was also very helpful in aiding all the information needed for my car, thank you to jakes for being great.

Chuck really saved my bacon y'all! My poor rv was stuck, 2 whees hanging over a huge ditch culvert, leaning precariously to that side. I was sure it would tip over and/or rip in half! Chuck came out and very gently towed her out of that scary little situation. I was sure it was gonna cost me a fortune, but it didn't! Very happy with Jake's towing, couldn't be happier with Chuck!

This place is the most Unprofessional and Shister Business! We were in town visiting and got t boned and we called Jake's to have our vehicle towed. When Geico went to pick up the vehicle they wouldn't release it to them and they said they couldn't release the vehicle from me over the phone that it had to be done in person. We live 2 1/2 hours away so we had to fill out a release form online and email along with a copy of my DL. We did this and still would not release the car because the registration was not in globve box even though the Tag is proof of that and it matches my insurance info and DL. They said they couldn't run the tag info for AL. We finally found the paperwork and emailed it to them.Geico called me 4 days later aaking me to sign the release form so they could get my car and Jake's still wouldn't release it.I I informed them we did that a week prior and the hold up was the registration which we emailed that 3 daya prior. Geico called back and asked us the send the registration so Jake's could release the car because they said they didn't have the registration still. We then sent Geico and fwd Geico all the information along with the texts and emails to Jake's proving all that had been sent. Jakes still were not releasing the vehicle. Jake's Towing is basically holding and stalling on the release so they can charge more for storage. The Ladies in the Office are ignorant and Do Not Know how to do their job. I told them that if I has to drive 2 1/2 hours just to get my car released, It would not be good for them and I would not be nice about it. So instead of just releasing my vehicle with the signed release form and a copy of my Dl, and not to mention Geico has proof that the car is registered to me, these Stupid B****'s still refused and would not release my car. Now they are deliberately stalling even more and refusing to release my vehicle even after they received the registration and continue to lie to Geico telling them they dont have the required paperwork to release the vehicle. What a bunch of Unprofessional D Bags. If you ever need a Tow in Kenner, Metairie, or New Orleans area DO NOT USE JAKES TOWING. We even had our Lawyers Office call and ask them to release my vehicle as they are a local LA. Law firm handling our case and they have to wait to talk with Geico until the vehicle is released. Believe me, we will be telling everyone thru Social Media, Friends all over and around Jake's Towing in LA. Not to use these A**wipes! JAKES TOWING IS THE WORST TOWING COMPANY we have ever used in over 30 years of needing or using this type of service.

Showed up quick. Wanted a lot of money for a simple job. I was twenty dollars shy of the quote to just let me drive away. No deal. When I get to the shop the next morning they added 89 dollars to the quote. When I protested they agreed to original quote. They broke my brake lines because they wouldn't use my towing hooks, instead tying around my axyl and brake line. I was basically told "Not their problem" about my non-operational brakes. Had to drive about 30 miles home on emergency brakes. My opinion, it's a shop that makes a lot of money through their police contacts, but there is not a lot of integrity to "help a person in a emergency". As much as I understand it's a business, I felt the cost was way more than service provided.
