Unfortunately I was in an accident today on interstate 310 southbound and my truck was undrivable.
As stressful as that is, Mr. Eastwood from Jake’s Towing came out and got it loaded right up with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then he gave me a lift to a local gas station where I was able to get a ride back home.

My name is Randall Woods, and I'm an owner operator. On March 18, 2024, I had my 2020 Peterbilt 579 stutter and die in the middle of traffic 3 miles from delivering a 40k manlift on a stepdeck trailer. I called Jake's Towing and the girls in the office sent (2) trucks at my request to not only rescue the load and make an on time delivery, but to also tow my truck to Peterbilt of New Orleans. Clint, the girls in the office, and Jake's drivers treated me better than I could have ever hoped for. They also safely stored my trailer at their yard while my truck was in the shop.

My car was abandoned on the interstate during hurricane Ida and Jakes towed it for the state troopers. They didn't have power until two weeks after I returned so I was unable to get my car out in a timely fashion, which caused my storage fees to skyrocket. When I arrived to retrieve it, they were absolutely wonderful and waived the storage fees so I could get my car back. Debra was exceptional and absolutely cool, calm and collected in a time that I know was stressful for everyone. Highly Recommend Jakes!!

If you have ever had a vehicle towed, then you know that recovering it can be quite a painful experience. Well, I am here to tell you that Jake's Towing made the process as painless as possible for me. How my commercial vehicle ended up at Jake's Towing is not important, but the professional and courteous way I was treated is. Yesterday, on the day of the incident I spoke with Dawn via phone. She was very personable and quickly provided all of the information I requested. Today, I visited their facility to arrange payment and pick-up. When I arrived Dawn greeted me and immediately began assisting me. A gentleman named Clint was in our immediate vicinity and decided to step in and help.
After hearing my situation Clint proposed a very good and feasible option for me. He then proceeded to take me to my truck where I retrieved my ownership documents. When I saw the good condition and placement of my box truck on their lot, I was very impressed. I highly recommend Jake's Towing and Parts, and look forward to doing business with them in the near future.
