Uncommunicative and rude, at least to customers trying to sell their vehicles through Peddle. If you don't like the way Peddle assigns tow jobs to you, don't take it out on us - stop taking their business.
This company was scheduled to pickup my vehicle and rescheduled two days in a row and then on the 3rd day the vehicle was suppose to be picked up Aces never called or showed up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend contacted this company.
If are using peddle i SERIOUSLY suggest off bat requesting a new driver/ towing company if assigned to them. Like pretty much every other one star reviewer countless reschedules for pick due to HORRIBLE communication absolute worst experience . Whoever they have over scheduling pick ups and answering the phone needs some serious professional development for sure you can definitely tell they are related to the owner or is the owner nonchalantness was through the roof. A process that takes no longer than 5 minutes they make extremely difficult by not being able to simply say” hey our driver will be available to pick up at so and so time “ instead it’s “ I’ll call you back in 30 minutes “or “ I just got back into the office “ just to go hours doing no such thing leaving it up to you to call back EVERY TIME as well as have the absolute worst attitude over something that can be resolved with simply proving a time frame. Driver came two hours earlier than scheduled time( no call from him nor the company that they were doing so ) then his boss acts it though it’s my fault i’m not present 2 hours ahead of time giving no accommodation nor even a simple apology. Then fails to even give an accurate reschedule date and time again leaving it up to you to call THEM multiple times throughout the day just for them to quickly hang up or still not give you a pick up time.
Didn't actually get towed by aces, the police gave me the wrong info at first, but they were so super helpful and polite in helping me find the correct Towing yard where my truck was at, even though the police gave me completely the wrong name and I was not a customer, they took time to help me navigate the system and find the correct towing company, and I could not have been more impressed with their customer service for someone who wasn't even a customer of theirs. Their consideration in helping me navigate what was a very confusing situation was completely unnecessary on their end and so much appreciated on my end. Can't speak for their Towing specifically, but highly recommended customer service, and they truly seem like very nice people all around. Easy 5 stars
Called Ace Towing after getting 2 flats on the driver's side. Amato sent out Shane and I was at the tire ship within the hour. Excellent company to work with.
I don’t know if they’re under staffed overbooked or both but they seem Proffesional over the phone until you get rescheduled for the 5th time and still no pick up. I sent all my information to the guy as he requested before pick up…….guess what no pick up…….call the guy he says I’m not at the office yet I’ll give you a call when I get there never get a call……if you can’t service your regular customers and peddle customers (3rd party) then trim the fat somewhere boss. I also can c from the responses to previous reviews that the owner is somewhat childish and immature. Don’t get mad about reviews when what they say are indeed true, if you don’t want bad reviews just do better bro it can’t be everybody else’s fault.
Extremely professional and courteous. The driver Sean was amazing, Our car was in a hard to get to spot and he did a fantastic job getting to it and getting it out. He was quick and polite. I highly recommend if you ever need anyone give them a call.
We did business with Ace from ACROSS THE COUNTRY. We live out of state from Louisiana and Ace was the only towing service we ended up speaking to, we knew we didn’t need to keep searching. Ace is very professional and was extremely helpful in orchestrating the picking up of our car. He was very communicative and put our minds at ease which made it easy to trust in him and his service. The car pick-up went smoothly and we received our check in the mail. If we ever need this service again, ACE IS THE WAY TO GO!
Just missed the 3rd scheduled pick up in a row. Each time they make us wait another week to schedule a pick up.
Do NOT use this company. They are extremely unprofessional.
The first missed pick up we had to call them at 2pm (they were supposed to pick up between 11am-3pm) and they claimed their driver was sick. Never courtesy called first thing that morning to let us know.
The second missed pickup was almost identical, only the reply was they were too busy to get to us that day. And again we had to call them to find that out.
Today they made it sound like they were coming early in the window. They claimed they had 1 tow in front of us at 10:30 am and they would be on their way after. I had to try texting at 2 pm and no reply. I called at 2:30 pm and the guy claimed the truck broke down.
Again we had to call them every single time. Extremely unprofessional.

I see they respond to bad reviews much faster than anything else.
And if they're are other things going on, you should call and communicate that and not make us wait hours and eventually call you. And not make us wait another week for an appointment when it was your fault it was missed.
Just spoke to Harry from Peddle…doesn’t seem happy with their service for them…I was personally put in contact with a National carrier…to come get my car…after missing ONE call…I talked to Aces…rescheduled for that day…they never notified me they canceled…rescheduled the following week I waited the 11am to 3pm window…heard nothing…I called them..he says we’ve been busy…and that I would contacted the next morning…heard nothing…Peddle called ME! To sort this out…I’ve dealt with cable guys more reliable…I have a life and a job…and seems they don’t value other’s time…thankfully I don’t require a towing service often…otherwise I’d never be their customer…oh and this was for 04 Toyota Solara…thanks for nothing guys
This business is extremely unprofessional. If you are a person that like percussion timing then DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE ! They tell you that they will pick the car up from (example) 11am to 3pm and if you miss their call to tell you their on the way they will cancel. But they miss any call they’d like from a customer and they will block your number if you don’t answer. I really don’t recommend and they have HORRID ATTITUDES.
Ace towing and sales : if you need your vehicle towed the best place you can call is ace towing they will take excellent care of your vehicle … and I purchased a vehicle from him for my mother and within days it was a problem with the vehicle and unbelievable he took excellent care of my mother he gave her another vehicle just like that not many people that kind as Mr. Ace I can go on and on but one thing you need to know he stand behind his business
The most incompetent company I have ever encountered! Scheduled 5 different pickup times for different days and they missed every single one!
They don't care about their customers and other companies they collaborate with. Peddle needs to revaluate the relationship with the company.
Hope this towing company will be closed soon, so it would not put the nice people of New Orleans in shame.
Worst towing company in Louisiana!!!! Horrible customer service, they had me wait 3 hours and neglected to call me to let me know they cancelled my tow.
Aces Towing is great! My car was broken down and needed towing, plus I was late for work and couldn’t be there for the pickup. Aces was so professional, handled everything over the phone and my car was safe at the shop within 15-20 minutes. Talk about painless and stress free, I highly recommend Aces Towing the experience was nothing like I expected. Thank you Aces!
I had a most unusual problem!. I was on the Chalmette Ferry and my car would not start. I couldn't drive off or get the car out of park. After my 8th trip across the Mississippi, Amato of Aces Towing came aboard and found a way to get the car out of park and used his pickup to pull me off the ferry.
Then once on land, my car was towed to a repair shop. Amato even gave me a ride home. Way above and beyond excellent and personal service. Absolutely perfect service! Rick Normand, Charles Drive, Chalmette.
