Stay away from this Towing company , very rude and unprofessional. They over charged us to Tow the Truck and Trailer to the Repair Shop. You pay or they will impound your Vehicle until it’s paid . They don’t tell you how much it will cost but before dropping you vehicle they comes with insane price for the Service . They are charging hourly and it starts from the time they left the yard and for them it took 2 hours to make it 15 miles to our Vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this company .

Was driving back to Dallas from Alexandria and my tire popped. This was the only tow company that responded and I am so glad that they did. Randy did such a wonderful job helping me and securing my vehicle. The staff works hard and were happy to help me even though I was stranded at 2am. Thank you for helping me and responding as quickly as possible. This is the place to call if you need a tow truck.

I was running hard I forgot about fuel I got unloaded.I called them to bring me fuel the woman on the phone was really nice, the man got me fuel and it was a downpour of rain he put it in my truck and was really nice , if you need help anywhere around I will call them and my drivers will to ( thanks for the help )

Always good service. My place of employment uses them all the time and they always get the job done promptly.

They didn’t accept insurance. Pay out of pocket then you deal with reimbursement from insurance company. Defeats the purpose I’d say

Very fast service, they'll take care of whatever you need done to get you going again. This company never says no.

They were very thorough on handling my tow to the Kenworth dealership in Shreveport, La.

Not a good tow service overpriced and the guys are hard to get along with. I do not recommend them. But everybody has their own opinion. One driver told me that he found $40,000 in one car and never reported it to the police.that's the same as being a thief in my book as close as you can get. Do not recommend them.
