I have been trying to call the store for almost 3 hours.They don't ever answer the phone I called back pressed one, the lady picked up says she was in Shreveport, said she guessed, they might be busy.But since she was not local , she could not give me any information on my part , the I was trying to see if they had. This is a day thing you call hours at a time and they don't ever answer the phone.And then when you drive out there they're sitting inside the academy building watching a football game. When Henry's. auto sage was open , never had this issue.
The yard is good. The prices are fair. The service is decent.
It’s a junkyard, don’t expect white glove, luxury service. However, it’s good-a-nuff!
I only have two complaints.
1. I wish there were more Honda Ridgelines
2. It would be helpful if they were open longer in the evenings.
Very simple to understand the process.
The inventory is ripe and there are parts galore in almost every car there.
There is not an entry fee, and you only pay for the parts you decide to bring with you. The parts are quoted at the register.
They had a couple Buick LeSabre models there and I found nearly all I was looking for.
P.s: they sell ($) drinks at the counter.
This place sucks. They don't know what's on or off the vehicle I go and ask if they have a truck he prints out a pice of paper and just hands it to me like what am I supposed to do with it. Your better off ordering parts on line yourself. They don't even deserve 1 star
Very unhelpful. Staff said they were shorthanded but there were 5 workers and none could help. Didn't point out car and told us the wrong row. When we finally found it only had 15 min to pull it. In which ultimately we had to leave without it. Drove a hour to get there to leave empty handed. Had 1 bolt and 1 plug left to pull.
They lied about the pricing of a vehicle that needed to be picked up. They were buying a vehicle from me that needed some work. They told me one price. Then I had a female call them to see if they would tell her the same price for the same vehicle. But they didn't. They told your her a lower price. We're assuming they told her a lower price because she's a woman. You try it out and see. It's a scam!!!
Unless you can make it run at spot it's way out the way to go to pull something that you one can't hear run two won't be able to try it on spot .and found them to be rude.
We got there 2 minutes before closing & they allowed us to search for our part we needed for our vehicle & told us what isle to look on for a greater chance at retrieving what we needed.. we got our part
If you are looking for affordable used parts this is the place with usually friendly service it's my go to when I am strapped for cash and need a get by
Great place to find cheaper auto parts when you can't afford the over priced ones. Great customer service as well. Would and do recommend to all my friends.
Not a terrible place its spaced out, clean but the only thing that rubbed me wrong is when I went into the office to ask a simple question. The guy behind the desk looked annoyed my me asking him something. So I just thought forget it and went out there and found what I was looking for myself
Wonderful place to go for used parts sometimes new parts if you get lucky and overall good place just in case you need to learn something about vehicle without messing your own vehicle if you can go out there and learn about it wonderful place and the staff is wonderful as well
I don't really care much for this place. It's unfriendly... I went the other day thinking I had lost a part to my truck that I needed. I got the part went out to the truck and found out the part had fell down in my door. I know I should have checked. I turned and went back to get a refund because it had only been about 2 min. And they wouldn't. Now I could understand if I drove off with the part or something but I mean it was out and right back in. They saw I never even left the parking lot I didn't have time to. Mind you I am a single mom with a 17 and 18 year old. My 18 year old son is fixing to graduate and go to college and my 17 year old daughter is a Jr. Both good grades and active in school. I am very busy and money is tight. This may not seem like a big deal to some but it was to me. Every little bit counts. I know this was my fault but it would not have hurt them in this situation.
Clean yard and everything is spaced out plenty good enough for you to have the elbow room you need to work. Helpful that they can at least tell you if the car you need is out there which helps. Not bad compared to a lot of yards I have encountered..
UAPI is my candy store, very reasonable prices and a wide variety of vehicles. Most of the vehicles are 90s and up with a few 80s models scattered around. Bring your own tools so you're not asking to borrow other peoples, you can buy some tools at the front office, they also sell some new aftermarket parts.
Great place to find any part you want to a decent prize!..when to look for an old york compressor and found it right away also cant left the other one i saw behind😉
This stores doesn't have enough help and even if they did, they could never be a match to Henry's Wrecking just past U-Pull-it on left. This store will not take the time to answer my questions and treat me like I am not nearly as important as the men customers and the young women who make it their purpose to flirt with gullible men in sales.
It is not right to call this place of business and get told you cannot ask for a certain part. If we didn’t need the part we prolly would have a way up there . Ain’t no one too busy to answer the phone . Hire more people if you don’t have enough to answer phone . How can I find out if the part is there if no one will answer the phone. Otherwise i may have to drive to all the locations and not get the part . Use your head people . On my scale your falling close to 0
