Edit: Autozone need to get it together on multiple occasions I've been there and called there there service sucked they dont know how to talk to customers, and they have no knowledge. you have employees cursing hollering an talking about customers in front of other customers the store manager is just as lost even the district manager that I talked to was just clueless an disrespectful deff does not need to be in the position she's in. Deff won't be going back there and wouldnt recommend them. I thought this store actually turned around but that didnt last but like two are so years. The old mangers that were there before that helped me no problem no hesitation and offered to above an beyond what I was wanting. Deff was the first time in years this store had good ppl.
I went in for hub bearings brakes and calipers, the store manager there now is the best one yet at the new roads location. She is very helpful an nice. There was another manager there with red hair she was clueless, the store manager got it all together and squared away.
If I could give this place 20 stars I would.. they are so amazing and helpful.. My friends car broke down and they helped get us a mechanic and a tow.. thank yall so much!!❤️❤️❤️
I gave Autozone 5 stars because they really helped me out with my purchase and they were very helpful in getting my stuff and even brought it to the car for me.

Went there to get a trans kit for a jeep .. guy couldn't even find my kit and told me it held 2 quarts of fluid .... a quick Google search showed it held 10 quarts guys argued with me on 2 gallons is 10 quarts ... I pulled my own parts and got the job done ...don't go there if your not a mechanic
It was pretty late when I went here, so no long line like usual. Which was good. Cause I walked in & was able to have an employee come out to check my check engine light for free.
Very knowledgeable employees. Came in close to closing, they had me in and out in 10 minutes. It truly helps when the employees know the store and know the products. Thanks for a great autozone experience!!!???

I used to alternate vehicle parts purchases between this store and the O'Reilly's close by. Because of one particular service which I sought from both stores, I have since made this my store of choice. The associates are friendly, helpful and always seem to go out of their way to provide the needed service.
