Felt like I had been robbed twice, once by the criminal that had stolen our truck and the next day by this tow/salvage yard. The company charges over a thousand dollars for you to recover your stolen vehicle. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because of its helpful administrative staff and onsite mechanics (who in no way should be blamed for the company policies they are forced to uphold). Backwoods sketchy area, do not go alone or unprotected.
Unfortunately my car was stolen in the French Quarter Friday, I got a call from NOPD that it was towed at this location. Getting to the Body Shop was tricky but once we got there to look at the vehicle everyone was very kind. From the lady in the building to the guy that towed it, very professional. My mother even had to use the restroom and they personally showed her to one. The situation was stressful enough to go through but with their kindness it was bearable. Thank Y'all.

I needed repairs done to my vehicle when I got it back the control arm and axel was supposed to be repaired and replaced the car was making noise on the side they repaired the day I left with it a few months later it gets worse this is the worse experience I wish I never crossed paths with this place
When I called in, the front desk lady had the absolute worse attitude. Your attitude and costumer service sucks. If you’re reading this, if you don’t like your job do everyone a favor that you speak to and have an attitude with for asking simple questions, GO FIND A NEW ONE!
They did a bad paint job and they lied about my car being ready when it wasn’t I had to extend my rental that my insurance wouldn’t even pay because they had my car for 32 days just to fix a back finder and a back bumper and lied about my car not even starting then that said that I need a fuel pump that’s cost 300$ and 150$ for the labor when I bought the truck to them I just brought it to the dealership two weeks ago and had my oil change and automatically did a 21 inspection and nothing was wrong with my truck they called me on the 28 day saying it wouldn’t start when I told them cool I have a mechanic I told them to tow it to the my house and when my mechanic look at it he went under the truck and them people disconnected my fuel pump module and gust what it started with no problem! I suggest nobody bring the car there there’s scam artists never again that Colemens body shop in the New Orleans east
If you want to get completely ripped off dont bring your vehicle here. They claim they purchased parts for vehicle never got them. Kept providing timeframes never met. Did a pop up and parts were all exposed. Now my check engine light is on and it never was on before bringing it there. Took my money never offered a refund for work never done. This shop needs to be closed down and investigated and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.
