Burnell was great, he came out and tried to help us get our car up and running and when it wouldn't, he came back out and towed it for us within minutes of reaching back out. Would definitely recommend.

The paperwork process went quickly I completed it a week ago but I still have not received any notice that the tow truck and my check will be arriving. I call and i am told the driver will get in touch with me but it never happens

This sounded too good to be true and I was a little apprehensive, but as of this morning the check was deposited and everything was legitimate. Martha went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. If you have a wrecked/totaled/un-usable vehicles I would definitely submit it to get an offer. If I ever find myself in this position again I would definitely use again.
Easy process. They call you and make an offer then walk you through all the steps. Their offer was more than fair, but the market is weird right now. Wish I’d known about them years ago. I would definitely recommend and use again.
The process of picking up my car after the offer has been made was grueling. Had to make multiple calls to even find out the status of what was going on after days of waiting for the record to pick up the vehicle I want to find out I need to send in more information. The staff are as helpful as they could be when you were able to speak to them, however I called on 4 separate occasions and was mysteriously disconnected after being on hold for a significant amount of time. The process was much more painful than it should’ve been.
