Sold manager a great truck, in great condition for only four hundred dollars. I explained that I was in a bind and did not live in the city. Needed to sell the truck fast, loaned it to my daughter, and the apartment manager was threatening to tow it. He found a perfect opportunity to lowball someone who was in a bad place. (ME) The employees there wrote a message written by one of the employees as a joke on the driver's window saying no brains. They all thought it was funny. I however found it to be highly offensive and embarrassing. I felt very belittled, betrayed, and still upset about the entire situation.
I like that they have part's on the shelf. In my situation, it was cheaper to buy my rx350 alternator new,however, they did have one, but the price outweighed my need, so I waited for one. I did like the salesman and kinda tried to haggle the price but already had my heart set on a brand new one. If you need it today, they probably have it, and if it's original part's (denso for example)the prices are reasonable.
my dad and I came from Lafayette to get a back windshield/glass for my Acura RSX. These Are extremely hard to find for one and they had it, I pulled up and they had the part ready for me and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Super friendly service no complaints
My dad fixed cars and my dad used Steven’s for every job I’m talking bout I’m 28 now this had to be when I was around 12 years of age and my dad would say always come here these ppl will get your right well as I’m older now and experiencing some car trouble of myself I followed my dads good grace and Steven’s is my first go to and always on or before the time he told me for pick up definitely recommend
My side mirror ended up popping off after I hit a car and broke my passenger window. I called a friend he referred me to Steve. He said and I quote “Go to Steves on Chef, they got everything you need” so I gave them a call and guess what he was RIGHT! Steve ordered me a mirror and glass in less than 2 days. He always will work with you and if you need a body shop he has just the place to put your parts on . Iam so thankful Steve was able to help along with New Orleans Finest for placing my mirror and window back on properly. Steve your service was greatly appreciated!
I drove here from Lacombe to pick up parts we needed for a customer’s car. The guys were very nice and brought all the parts out to my truck. We saved the freight money by picking up the parts in person. ($117) It only took me 45 mins to get there and the prices were reasonable. Thanks y’all!
I went there for a starter they sold me one looked horrible but said they tested it now that I put it in my car and it doesn't work they said to bring it to them so they can text it if it doesn't work they'll give my money back wat I'm not interested is u already said u tested it when I brought it
Some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Always honest and fair prices, friendly and empathetic staff. I don't like to use anybody but Stevens Auto Parts for all of my vehicles needs. They even have vehicles for sale. I heard good stories from people that have bought cars from them and love the car they bought. When im ready I think I will check with them too.
I called to get clarification on a mislabeled part and the gentleman that answered was very helpful The part was indeed the part I needed and I was told it wasn't on hand but could be in a matter of hours after I paid for it. The next day I go in to order and pay for the 2 parts, one I needed and one I wanted, and said I'd stop by the next morning to get them. Fast forward more than 24 hours later. I arrive to get the parts after calling and being told " We're still waiting for one part to come from our other yard sometime this morning." and the part I wanted was there. But not the part I needed. Coming from Mississippi and giving a 24+ hour notice, when I arrived at 12:01 I took possession of the item they had on hand and cancelled the item I really needed for a refund minus the tax. But they can keep that. I don't understand how a part that has 3 bolts and simply unplugs can be there "in a few hours" but yet fails to arrive in 24+ hours. That's bad business. I killed half an off day because I was closer to their yard than home waiting on a part with an indefinite arrival time. I perfer to keep my money as local as possible but trying to support the home city didn't pay off. I'll go to Ebay. The part I did get is very nice and I am pleased with it. But that's as far as that goes.
I Had to get a mirror for a scion... It was Very hard to find parts for this car. I looked for about two to three weeks before i found the part i needed but they helped me get one and for a very good price too.
They had great service and they were really helpful and they actually had knowledge about their vehicle parts. The prices were amazing and also many choices of the same parts pulled from the vehicle.
I would never buy a part from this guy's again they sell broken part in will not replace or take the part back I will advise know one to buy parts from these people
