I must say after reading several of these reviews I was suspicious about Brian. However today he has proven himself to be a honest man! He kept has wrd and my money was refunded bck to me before the actual time frame he gave me. Thank you Brian! If the need were to come again I would do business with him again.

Called them and they said they have the part we needed. Drove 112 miles each way to get the part, paid for it and then they came up front 1 hour later and said they don't have it. They Tried to keep my money and give me store credit. Had to confront them to get my money back. They are crooked and will scam you!!

The best people, prices, parts and service!!! And I looked everywhere in New Orleans all the way to marrero!! Hope I don’t have to return for anything again but if I do Mr Bill’s is where I’ll be going and not checking anywhere else!!! Thank you so much guys!!!

I called asking them if they had a front bumper for a 2014 Chevy traverse Lt. A man told me yes we do it’s 75 dollars I said thank you sir we will be on the way to get it. 5 minutes later I called back and spoke to the same man and explained who I was again that I forgot to ask what color Was it he said it was white. I said perfect that’s the color of my car and they just hung up no bye or anything. I drive over a hour and 30 minutes I told a man what I was there to get and that I called before hand and they told me they have it. He asked how much did they say I told him 75 for the bumper. I explained I did ask about the front driver light and the driver fog light as well and he said he had them too but I didn’t ask for a price. I told them that I wanted to make sure the lights were ok before buying them. Another man popped up and started taking my information and I repeated myself on what I was there for. He had a whole dang attitude from the start and I had to pay 2 dollars so go back there I didn’t mind paying that but as soon as I pulled out my phone he goes we only take cash. I said oh crap let me go out to my car bc all I have is my card. He gets snappy and kinda raising his voice saying yea we take card I’m not doing it for 2 dollars. So I raised mine and said I didn’t say anything about you taking my card I said all I have is my card so I need to go out to my car and get money. I just walked out at the point and set in my car for a second. I walked back in there and they told me to go with some young man. I had to get in the car with him while he drove trying to find my car and of course they didn’t even have my car at all. I went back in the same man had a attitude asking me what I wanted that they didn’t have my part. I explained to him How I’m mad bc I called before I came and y’all also made me pay 2 dollars to go back there to get my part and y’all didn’t even have it!! He said what you want your 2 dollars back with a attitude. I told him no I’m not worried about 2 dollars but I do care about the money I spent getting here because I could have used that on a new part. I said Y’all literally told me y’all had it and how much it was then I drove over a hour and 30 minutes to come get it. He is still having an attitude pretty much telling me that they aren’t perfect Blah blah blah basically telling me to get over it crap happens. Honestly the way he was talking to me was all around rude. I asked for his name he told me Billie so of course I’m thinking he’s the owner so I asked. He tells me no I work for him I’m the sales rep and no you didn’t talk to me over the phone you talked to Brian. I asked is there away I can speak to the boss or someone in charge. he tells me no so I said ok If i speak to someone i can just email him because it was online he says then send your email. honestly at that point i felt like he was the owner and i just walked out. Lost money and no part to show for it. I would not even bother with this place. I’m a female and I’m 25. He was a grown old man. I’m not even sure if the names I was given was even their real names but this place needs to be shut down.

I visited this location and was impressed by how well-maintained and clean it was. However, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The representative I interacted with lacked professionalism and seemed irritated, as if they didn’t want to be bothered. I even politely asked if they could communicate more professionally, but their demeanor didn’t improve. I observed this employee for 15-20 minutes to make sure I wasn’t overreacting, but it was clear this behavior wasn’t just directed at me. It’s disheartening because the location has so much potential, but customer service like this will drive customers away. I highly recommend that management consider additional training or re-evaluate the employee in question to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Was looking for a part and I was getting prices forgot that I called before the guy that answered the phone gave me attitude and hung up. Also the part I was looking for brand new from the Dealership was 45 dollars they wanted 75. You should learn to speak nice to the people who pay your bills. He sounded like a disgruntled McDonalds worker.

My experience wit this business has been horrific since 3/27 I paid $1800 for a motor from this company they have been giving me the run around since I paid. They kept lying about the time it would be delivered for days and then they delivered the wrong motor to the mechanic shop. The next day they said they had new one, then a few hours later its the wrong one. So the next step they found the right motor it would be delivered that day, still no delivery or phone call. Customer Service is horrible. Finally I went to the shop and demanded my money back they said it would be delivered in 15 minutes or we would start the process of the refund. Sitting in the office after 30 minutes still no one came to me with an update or anything. We called the mechanic shop at 5 and he said it had been delivered but the motor is no good. Today I calls for a refund and the owners info the manager refused to give me any info and suggest that he will go to the mechanic shop himself still, not only a no show, he tells me he will not be going because he has this mysterious proof all of a sudden that he gave the correct motor. I need a resolution asap and the owners info. I have viewed footage from the mechanic shop of them placing the same motor that came off of the truck into the car and not working. Also these responses are not from the owner their from the manager who just offered a $500 credit instead of a working motor out of $1800 wow and by the way still has been a no show again as of today to the mechanic shop after saying he would be there. Why would I need a store credit if I won't be returning after this service.

Despite persistent efforts to address an issue, the lack of accountability and transparency from this company has left me profoundly dissatisfied. On December 23, 2023, Mark made a substantial purchase from Bill's Used Auto Parts, Inc., providing a down payment of $1400. However, upon inspection, the engine purchased was found to be defective, exhibiting unmistakable water damage. Mark promptly returned the engine, expecting a swift resolution to the matter. Regrettably, instead of addressing the issue forthrightly, we were met with evasive responses from Mr. Brian, who repeatedly assured us that "accounting is going to issue the check." This lack of clear communication and failure to take responsibility for the problem is deeply concerning. Moreover, the company's assurance of sourcing a replacement engine from Atlanta was revealed to be false, compounding our frustration and disappointment. Despite numerous attempts to escalate the matter and speak with the owner, Mr. Roy, our concerns were met with silence, leaving us without a satisfactory resolution. Adding to our grievances, Bill's Used Auto Parts, Inc. accepted payments through Cash App, including the $650 we paid for the transaction. This raises serious questions about financial transparency and adherence to regulatory standards. Thankfully, we also have this receipt as well. Given the lack of progress in addressing our issue, we are left with no choice but to consider legal recourse. We have meticulously retained all documentation, including Mark's receipt, and are fully prepared to pursue remedies through channels such as the Attorney General's office and Small Claims court. I implore potential customers to exercise caution when engaging with Bill's Used Auto Parts, Inc. Our ordeal underscores their poor service, deceptive practices, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Spare yourself the aggravation and explore alternative sources for your automotive needs.

My experience with purchasing a used transmission was horrible. I received 3 wrong transmissions. Then they offered a refund then refused or said “ we don’t have it come back tomorrow.” It took months to receive a half refund. Therefore if u your low on money and need a car part save up and go to a REPUTABLE PLACE. Will never return.

People don't go here they doing bad business I call ask for in engin they say they have it well send the person to go buy it they say live hava of the money we will have to motor out Monday well we couldn't go get it the Monday call tell them we will be there Wednesday como over the Wednesday they lie to us giving the motor the it was what we pay for it they say oh is the same no is not so they say oh we will have it out in one hour sorry the then u already broke are trust bc they was give us not what we pay for ! Lie to the woman there only try give of $500 when we pay $700 try keep the $200 saying come back Tom when we already come from over in hour way we come back on the afternoon bc they say be here afternoon in they was saying no come back tomorrow sorry no that's a bad business is not about Tom we already pay from a week before deposit y'all did put the motor out is y'all problem bc we come for the motor we took pic of the motor in y'all was given us a different motor so now we will make sure y'all get inspected from the Louisiana state business probably y'all been doing this for long time to others people ! Too just a bad experience there so don't buy or go there ! They not good ! At all ! Lie about everything in give people different stuff !

I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with these guys. In the most recent, I purchased an engine from them. When I called to inquire about it I was told that it had 74k mile, and they’d be able to start the engine and show me that it runs. When I arrived I was told that they weren’t able to start the engine because they didn’t have a key. So, I then proceeded by hiring a mechanic to come out to inspect the part. He gave me his opinion and I decided to to proceed with the purchase. I had a single request, and it was that they show me the mileage, The Manager Brian specifically told he would. After a deposit of 800$, I called to ask about the engine and which part will they take off the engine. They got very rude and suggested that I come pick up my money because “I can tell your gonna be a problem. Im not gon sell it to you“ is what I was told. They then hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer again. I the drove all the way back from the Westbank and was told they were currently still pulling the part. When I did to pick up the engine, the same manager Brian that’s said he’ll show me the mileage said “we can’t show u, he cut all the wires he don’t speak english”. Based on my previous experience I shouldn’t have done business here again. Obviously someone higher up than the manager on site monitors these reviews if you’d contact me I’d greatly appreciate it

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT! THEYRE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL. I PAID FOR A MOTOR AND TO HAVE INSTALLED AND A BATTERY FROM THEM, THEY DIDNT DELIVER ON TIME ,I PROMISED A WARRANTY WHICH I DIDNT RECEIVE, DIDNT HAVE THE BATEERY THAT I PAID FOR AND IM HAVING MORE PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE THAN I DID WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEM.. SO IF YOUR READING THIS PLS TAKE IT FROM ME, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! IM CURRENTLY HAVING TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND TIME FOR WHAT THEY SHOULD DONE.

My van was taken here and even though they was closed. The mechanic came in and fixed my car. I am beyond great full for him to come in to help. So we can get back home to Florida. 5 stars all the way next time we in New Orleans I know who to call for help. And thanks to the owner for making all this possible. I called Bill's Used Auto Parts and asked if they had any 97-01 jeep Cherokee's and the person I spoke with said he had several. I even asked if they were 2 door or 4 door models and he said 4. I drove 45 minutes there the next day to find out they did not have any 97-01 jeep Cherokee's on their lot.

Best used auto place I've been to yet and I've been to many. Their prices is very reasonable and they will pull the part for you if they're not too busy. One of them was kind enough to even put the part on my car I felt so blessed.

Long story short, we went on Saturday from slidell because hours on net said open . Get there closed , super frustrating, after knocking and calling a few numbers we finally get an answer explained we were here from slidell. They was an emergency and they couldn't open. It happens, we understood. But the man I spoke with said he would bring the car part ( a car door) to my house Monday . Joshua was so polite and kind . He was on time and we were able to get to dialysis on time.customer service never gets old !!! Thank you again

My husband purchased a transmission from this place our Macanic caught Covid before he was able to put the transmission in his truck 2 days before the 60 day warranty was up our Macanic came to put the transmission in our truck and immediately realize the transmission was NO GOOD we called Bills to inform them the transmission was bad and they said we needed a receipt which we didn’t have any more they said they could look up the invoice but it would take 2 days to pull it up which is insane to me why would it take 2 days to look up a invoice?but of course 2 days later we called back and they said they didn’t have the invoice anymore they don’t hold invoices after 60 days so it wasn’t nothing they can do if they think we are going to just take a $500 loss like that naaaah they will be hearing from my lawyer this was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a junkyard NEVER AGAIN !!!
