I came from Alabama and purchased an engine there, Biggest mistake of my life. When I got back home and begin to put everything together, I took the valve covers off to replace them because they are damaged and found mud and water in there. To it back to replace it because they have a no refund policy. Got the second one back home and found out that it was locked up. I'm still waiting on them to find out how we're going to resolve this.
The lady at the front desk has an extremely bad attitude. First she tried to charge me what she thought was a fair price (without even checking the condition of the items I had) then when I made a counter offer she got very upset - I decided to try and work with her and went to see if the part fit - it did not. By the time I had gotten back to the office she was trying to laugh in my face about the value of the other items I had refused - accusing me of trying to “jew them out of their money” anyways - I’d skip this place unless you enjoy haggling with people that think their trash is treasure. Obnoxious
Place is good overall last time went to get a part for my charger off the dash she wanted over 100.- just for the bezel brand new at the dealership was only 75.- they gotta know there prices before selling the lady going run in the ground if not know there prices but all the rest is good guys but really don’t know there inventory
These guys went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my vehicle. Michael was amazing! Call beforehand and let them know what you need and they will tell you where it is or even take you right to it.

Poor service over the phone, I'm not about to drive 30 miles to see if you have what I need cause your to lazy to go check your own lot or apparently keep a proper inventory..
Called several times in a week, half of the calls didn't go through, but the times that he did answer were met with a "we have it, but let me check on the condition and I will call you back in a minute". I got that same response three different days, and today I called back and had to push him a bit, but he did check and call me back about 30 minutes later... and turns out they didn't have what I needed.
Don't waste your time.
I called to see if they had a part. They said they had two matches. I drove there during rush hour. They didn’t have the part. Stay next to the office while waiting for your part to be pulled.
I called every auto parts store looking for the part I needed for my car. No one had it. They told me order it from the dealership. Which was going to cost a lot of money I didn't have. I called here and they had the part for $5. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
I bought a used car battery from there a few months ago and I haven't had any problems with it. The people there were so nice and the guy even carried the battery for me to my car. I was gonna carry it myself but he just did it on his own, which I thought was a good gesture. I'll definitely go back there when I need another car part.
Great service! I went in a few days ago to purchase a part for my vehicle. It was very hot outside. The workers were very polite and despite the scorching heat pulled my part in a very timely manner. I waited 2 hrs to get a part before I left and I took a total of 3 hrs. I also was the only customer on yard at the time . called office and talked to a very nice lady ask her to pull the part I was on my way and I agreed on price. never again. I suggest going to other yards
The price went from $1,100 to $2,600 in the matter of days. I hated my experience with Ms.Kim the ower. But everybody else was very pleasant and helpful. She told my friend she would sell us the parts for $800 and she would throw in the 2 doors for $150 a piece. When we went to pick the parts up it went up to $2,600. Then she kept telling all kind of lies about the car. Never ever would I do business with her nor will I recommend her junk yard to anyone.
I purchased 2 car doors one day and returned the next day with a truck to pick them up. There was a different woman in the office this day. I presented my receipt for the doors. She questioned the sale of one door and raised the price times 4. She refused to release the merchandise to me demanding more money. The man arrived who agreed on the sale price of the door and stated "I'm not selling the door and I'm going to refund your money. How do you sell merchandise to a customer and then refuse to sell SOLD property?
Tried to charge me $110 for a used radiator that cost me $50 new, because she thought I was a kid who knew nothing about cars. There was another guy complaining about being overcharged while I was there also. They have a nice selection of cars though
The people here were VERY lazy, they will send you on a wild goose chase to track down the vehicle (that they didn't end up having) while they gossip in the office. A big waste of time and energy wondering around their yard. Seems like they are more interested in complaining to each other about their lives then doing business.
they were great at showing up at towing my car. but when i asked them if they could fix it the guy was like sure and that I could get it back the same day. They ended up having my car for a week. Which I understood they were not a car repair place they were a salvage yard. But when I got my car back I had items missing out of it and when I called to ask if they had recovered or if they would do anything about it it was basically no so now I have to pay more money to replace what someone there stole.
