This review is about the man TJ . I had the pleasure of speaking to TJ on a miserable day. I called one place there were no available tows, they suggested a large company, I just didn't want to use them so I didn't call, I looked online and TJ Towing caught my eye. TJ was off but after listening to me go on and on he told me he would come instead of calling another worker. TJ was on his way from a long distance, when I had to cancel. I thought he would be upset about it, however TJ was very understanding ,respectful, polite, and just a really great person. I have locked his number in my phone for myself and for everyone I know who may need his help. TJ Towing was called by AAA last night. He arrived promptly although his tow truck could not have handled my very large motorhome. Instead of leaving he assisted me in getting another towing company (Mardi Gras Towing). He then stayed on site to assist the other company in preparing my motorhome. He arrived about 9:00pm and didn’t leave until the job was finished, about 3:30 am. TJ is a first class man to do business with. During my misfortune I was fortunate to find a new friend in TJ. My tire went flat about 15 minutes from campus and I had about 45 minutes left to get to class. My car was picked up, transported to a safe parking lot, and dropped off all in time for me to make it to class for lecture. He was more serious about getting me to class on time than I was!! Hopefully I never need another tow in the future, but if I do, I definitely will be using TJ's Towing!
Absolutely pleasant, honest, and clear communication. The driver was delayed because of something out of his control. He provided updates along the way. I did not expect to receive this type of service from a tow truck driver!!!!

We were broke down at a gas station pump and needed a tow ASAP( We have a Sprinter Van) TJ was AWESOME!!! He was quick to arrive, professional, and friendly. He even offered to take us to a hotel since our vehicle could not be serviced until the next day. My husband and I would highly recommend his services!!
