This place doesn't do business i say this because they tell you the part has ex amount of miles on it and it actually has more miles than they had stated i went online and found this transmission for 80$ i called and spoke with a gentleman and he told me that it was available it took me about 1hr and 45min to get there then when I got there the lady who works the desk tell me that it has been sold but sold me one for 402.96 I came to get what I needed and I paid for nothing because I ended up with junk parts time and labor please don't purchase nothing but body parts for you can't go wrong with that motor and transmission I wouldn't use them
Wish I could do 0 stars but im going to put 5 so this can be at the top. Please dont ever go here this is the worst salvage yard in Louisiana!!! They are unprofessional and highly disrespectful. I called two hours in advance about a part & they told me they could pull it. When i arrived they were acting like they never received a call from me, then the woman at the counter ,who was the worst one of all that cursed me out and was very disrespectful, told me she was going to ask her boss. After making a call to the boss she told me the part would not be able to be pulled until the following Saturday and the day was currently Thursday. I had drove a hour to come and get the part only for me to be told it would take two days for a part that can be pulled in 30 minutes. Overall worst place to get a part from , worst experience ever. If you ever go please stay away from the front desk lady (younger girl) she is terrible.
Honestly I would have given them a 5 star till they ruined my weekend. Called three times cause I had a 2 hour drive, got answered but was put on hold and was asked to be called back, 2hrs later I just decided on going before their close time , getting there there were 4 people on the front desk but had a problem co-ordinating with their yard guys. Made me walk 3 times in the yard just to make me look like I was clueless. Till I ran out of patience and asked them to act like a business is when they acted concerned . Then they gave me prices like I was the last person they wanted to see. Honestly two plastic trims, Brocken, deserved me walking the yard 3 times, 1000 feet in the hot sun? Really, y’all were my best but my Saturday ended like someone had died. I could have bought the seat and airbag, but I rather spend more out there and be treated right; 4 people, I mean, come on now;I know you all can do better than that. It’s the Yaris IA. I stand to my word and I am not lying. That’s completely not a way to treat someone who comes 2 hours to you, and I never treat my customers that way.If I am lying God is watching but I almost lost my mind going home.

Thought about coming back to buy an interior but didn't

I worked with Adham for a replacement 2018 traverse tail light. He was prompt with response via Facebook and shipped next day. Everything worked great, packaged well and worked exactly as should. Would recommend and work with again.
Went here for alternator for my car for the low I got home and piece was missing I pick the phone up called them right back and they made sure I left there with alternator that was in a better shape Best place to go to for a part for your car most of all they have great attitude I will be back and would let anybody I know about them that need a car part
Have gotten parts from this place and witnessed that the kind and attentive service I receive all the time, carries throughout all the costumers. Alexis is truly a kind hearted girl that keeps the place going. I know I will continue to bring my business there for as long as I need to.
I had a question about some parts I had that were brand new that they could've benefit from, my question wasnt about selling the items to them but to swap for some use parts for a vehicle and instead of saying no the call was dropped. I tried to call them back someone answer and hung up I guess they recognize my number. I shop with them all the time but now they've lost a 6yr customer forever they must have new personnel in the office because this never happened when Alexis is there

Horrible and poor communication to customer! They recommended themselves to send photos and had me waiting then call me back and manipulated me on the phone. The young lady who answers the phone lack Accountability and clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. She shouting all loud on the phone just to ask her coworkers the questions I am asking her on the phone! Poor character and very unprofessional!
.i dont agree that a pull apart equivalent makes you purchase a whole door if you only need a door panel or 100 dollars for a fender when the fender is 100 brand new . Definitely do not go here go to pull apart instead
I gave Quick Recovery Auto Salvage a 5 Star Rating.This establishment has a huge selection of vehicles from Cars to Trucks to SUVS.The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the HELPFUL Lady and the Gentleman that was filling in for her when she went to lunch! They will even pull the part for you for a reasonable price after you pay in advance. I needed a differential shaft for a Mazda 5 and the price was very reasonable especially if you have them pull the part off you need. I will use this establishment very soon again and also recommend them to my family and friends. I even bought matching Fogs lights and the Under Carriage to prevent water for hitting my belts especially my A/C Compressor Belt. The Staff pulling your part fir you are very professional and will have you on your way in a timely manner. Thankyou Quick Recovery Auto Salvage, you have a loyal customer here! Very disorganized yard. Most of the vehicles were in some sort of serious Collision. And if you would like to move freely around the yard you better bring so high water boots very muddy lots of water and in some areas you must climb over vehicles to get too vehicles.
