  7/28/2025, West Monroe, LA, Today was a 100+ degree day and I had a flat in the Tractor Supply parking lot at around 1pm. I changed the flat out in the broiling sun on concrete that felt like it was 125 degrees. The spare itself was nearly flat and I was soaked with sweat. While i tried to cool off a bit inside my truck, I called Southern Tire Mart since they were only about a mile away and asked if they fixed flats. The man who answered the phone assured me that they did and I told him I'd be right over. When I arrived, they immediately went to work fixing my flat. While I waited I was given a bottle of cold water. The guys working on my tire removed the spare from my truck, mounted the repaired tire, inflated my spare to the proper pressure, and remounted it back under the bed of the truck. They were professional, kind, and courteous. The men in the office were, as well. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I most certainly would. If you need tire work done, don't hesitate to use Southern Tire Mart.

  Had an RV tire blow out on the 20. They were thankfully just off the exit a mile away and gave us a very fair deal on 4 new tires. BUT, while going through MS, at about 100 miles away from the shop, one of the new tires blew out! So we called and they sent JT out, from 100 miles away, to take a look. They'd made a mistake and had put the wrong valve stems in. Everyone makes mistakes, but I'm willing to bet they won't make that one again. JT fixed us up to get to a nearby truck stop where he swapped out all the stems. No charge. Any business that is willing to stand by their work and make right after a mistake is one I'm happy to do business with again. Thanks guys.

  Drove by because I had rotated my tires and noticed a screw in my tire, and I couldn't get it out with what I had in my patch kit so I put the tire on the vehicle. When I was finished I noticed my slave stem was leaking. Decided to give them a call and they told me to bring it up. Walked in and the fellas behind the desk told me to pull right up. I was in maybe a total of 8 minutes. When I went to pay they told me not to worry about it and that when I need a set of tires to come back and see them. Well buddy, you can bet I'll be back in around 10k or so when the older two are ready to be changed and around 30k or so when the other two are ready.

  My wife and I were on our way to Orlando and had a blowout on our RV about 5 miles from this exit. Everyone here was so nice and helped us get back on the road. And the four tires we purchased were reasonably priced as well!

  Tire repair was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price... Moved vehicle forward upon request after repair, then walked in to pay the bill... The manager tells me that: (When you mashed the brakes, there is an obvious air leak...) The manager had lots of attitude... So I didn't bother telling him that I, Pushed in the Trailer Air... Thus, it is normal for air to rush into the trailer air system upon pressing the button... Instead, I smiled... Said: (oh, really, okay) After driving into the Pilot Truckstop across the street... I asked a driver to help me verify a pressed brake leak... LoL The system is operating perfectly with no leaks... The driver and I laughed and enjoyed a short conversation... Mechanics are great... Manager needs an attitude check... 03-09-24

  They unprofessional here in west monroe location other day I ask them abt tire rotation they said we do then when I took my trailer there they said no we don't and I said some other guy told me they do ..he said ok then it's wait hour they very unprofessional on this location I left ..like we will pay not tell u to do free...I will spend my money where ppl respect and deserve..

  Picked up a screw driving through Monroe and didn’t notice until low pressure alert near the mall. Stopped at Love’s and EVERYONE (literally) suggested backtracking about 10 Mike to Southern Tire Mart on Well Road! I’m so glad I followed their advice. Every aspect of my encounter exceeded expectations! The place was the biggest, cleanest, friendliest, and quickest tire store I’ve ever been in. They immediately took off my tire and fixed it. I could not have asked for any quicker action. And to top it off, when I went to the counter to pay the man said “Have a good day. This one is on us.” Absolutely blew me away. I wouldn’t hesitate one moment to revisit STM on Well Road in West Monroe or to strongly encourage anyone else to give them your business. Superb service and quality folks.

  We were there for a National BMX race Saturday and Sunday from out of state 6 hours away. We had a flat tire Saturday morning and came here because it was right next to the Expo Center we were racing at. They damaged one of my rims after we told them to make sure they do not because it's a fairly new car. This was around 10am, but we were in a huge hurry as my won was in the middle of racing and just got back to him. After the races were done, we noticed the rim and called (they closed at 12). After talking with operator, they got in contact with the owner who said he was busy understandably, and I even offered to drive to him or meet on Sunday before we head home. Not possible, so I called the next week and the owner wasn't in the shop multiple times, and finally one of the workers told me they didn't damage my tire and they have it on video. I asked for the video and told him if the video shows it was damaged beforehand, I would leave them alone because that meant it wasn't their fault. He then stated what am I wanting? I said a new rim and he laughed and said not happening. Few calls later I finally talked with manager who also said video shows damage when it came in, I also told him send it to me and if it does, I would not bother them anymore. After going back and forth, he finally told me to find a repair price or new rim price and they would pay for it. In the end, I got a new rim after standing my ground, so be wary going in there.

  ( Semi Truck ) My steer tire went out while I was driving, Mike came earlier than they told me which was great and also got me done in a reasonable. Mike was also very professional and was straight up just a cool guy. What started out as an annoying morning turned out not so bad.

  They did not seem to want my business at first. But I needed 6 new tires for my rv and jason and richard agreed I should get new tires for rv every 5 to 6 yrs so the tires I sold to me and put on my rv manufactured in 44 week of2021 I explained they are already more than a yr old now so if an rv tire is only good for 5 or 6 yrs regardless of miles why was I sold tires 16 months old

  I took my truck in because of a screw in my tire. They took the tire off, and then told me it was separated, but I could buy a new tire. I told them just put it back on, in which he tells me I can't drive it like that. I had a perfectly good spare under my truck, they could have swapped them, and I would have paid and been on my way. That didn't happen. Anyways I went to Treads Tire on Smith St. And he took my tire off, took out the screw and patched my tire. I asked him if it was separated, he told me no and wondered why I asked. So I told him. I know what a separated tire feels like, I have drove on them. I knew my tire wasn't separated. I will never again go in there, and I hope and pray everyone I know and love never goes here. Because they was just trying to make me buy a brand new tire, that I sure couldn't afford. Thank you Treads Tire for being HONEST!!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here with my significant other who’s first language is Spanish and speaks very little english, the staff at Southern tire mart are rude they have no manners at all. My significant other was there to purchase tires from the get go they had a bad look on their faces, my significant other went into the office said good morning not one person said good morning back, the guy was asking him for details and he needed to get them over the phone so he asked him to wait as he made the phone call. My partner was on the phone speaking Spanish acquiring the information he was asked , the guy who was supposed to be helping him turns around with a bad attitude and throws his pen down on the paper I don’t know what irritated this man so much , maybe it was the fact that someone was speaking Spanish in his office , or that he was talking on the phone. Regardless it is rude and terrible customer service we left and we are taking our money elsewhere. Si hablan español y muy poco inglés no les recomiendo este sitio, estas personas que trabajan aquí en este lugar no tienen buen carácter ni paciencia hacia las personas que no hablan mucho ingles . No te tratan bien y no tratan de ayudarte con una buena actitud, te tratan con mala cara y pésimo carácter.

  Very disappointed in this location. First I submitted an online quote weeks ago as I began my search for new tires, never received a call back. Second, tried to visit the location where the counter guy could have cared less if he sold a tire, never said a word that he did not have to. All the shop guys standing around in lobby talking and hanging out. Big guy at counter was not very friendly in my opinion and never said hello or any type of greeting. He looks at me and says "Yes"? What is that? So after that I drove to Bossier City and spent my money there where I received extremely great service at Discount Tire, I heard they are building a location near yours and very glad to hear that.

  Went over for a simple tire repair. Not only was the place immaculate and helpful, they also comped me the price of the repair! I dont think this is a standard of practice but just a nice thing to do. I WILL be buying my tires from here as well as my mom's!!!! Thanks gentlemen for helping a lady in need!!!!!

  Usually when you give a shop the green light to fix or replace any damages they light up and get busy. For some reason this location seemed like they did not want to mess with it. I told them 3 tires I knew kept going low and there were probably a couple more of the 18 that were leaking as well. His words were your gonna be here a while. Well, I was only there about 30 minutes, but they only fixed 2 tires. Now I still have to air up 2 others that keep going low. Somebody tell me where the workers are in Louisiana. We are working here outta state because they can't find anyone in this state that wants to work. We even offered a job to a random guy at the gas station that looked like he could use the money, but he refused the job. No wonder its one of the poorest states. Hands out for freebies though! Due to owners response. Please reread the first sentence of my review. You had the green light to fix Or Replace any tires that were below 50 psi. Not one person at your establishment told me that there were any tires to be replaced either. Your guys just didn't want to mess with more than 2 tires and for the record the other tire I told them about blew out on me the next day so I sat on the side of 20 waiting for another tire repair shop to come replace it.

  They saved the day for me. I have been trying to head home through the ice storm of 2021 and got a flat tire. They were the only tire place in town that wanted my business. They had the flat fixed in less than 20 minites and even swapped it out with the spare I had on the car. The next time I drive through the area they will be getting a rack of ribs to chomp down on. I was getting to the point where I was going to have to put a plug in the tire which I dont like doing but they took care of me. Thank you very much it is a huge load off of me for the rest of my trip home.

  Slowest tire shop ive ever gave my business too. Been here 4.5 hours and there still not done with steer tires.. 6 tires on a 2019 don't take 5 hours to complete. Their drive through idea is flawed, 15 trucks have passed. Then I get in the shop, and asked to move to another bay. And get passed again by 5 more.. never again.. 5 hours later just getting done.. no discount no appreciation.
