If I could give negative stars, I would. My roadside assistance sent this company out to tow my car. My car was running by the time they got there but I asked them to go ahead and load it anyway and take it to the shop because I didn't know what was wrong with it and didn't want to do further damage to whatever was going on. One of the young men that came turned it around to move it onto the road and hit the asphalt and ripped half of my bumper off. It was screwed in but it broke the bumper. I called my roadside assistance company and when they emailed me back, they said that the owner claimed that that didn't happen. I reached out to him concerning this and apparently, the 2 young men that came out lied to him and said that my car was already on the road. It wasn't. I parked it on a pipeline off of the road. I believe they told him that my bumper was already hanging off. It wasn't. He also told me that the 2 gentlemen took pictures before they moved my car. That was another lie. I told him that I was going to have to get my attorney involved. He told me to do what I had to do. So that's what I did. They advised me to get the pictures they claimed they took and to make sure the time stamps were on them. I told the owner to send me the pictures with those on them and he said he didn't know how to do that. If he could figure that out then I can prove that there were no pictures taken beforehand. I gave him the weekend to think about what he wanted to do as far as getting me a new bumper but now, he won't answer my calls or text messages. Also, on his card, it says that the company is military based. Veterans and active duty soldiers are supposed to have integrity. Apparently this guy has none of that. As someone who supports our vets and active duty soldiers 100%, this is very upsetting to me. If he truly is a vet or in active duty, I would normally say ,"Thank you for your service", but this man doesn't deserve that.
