Sorriest tow service ever. To get my truck out the ditch and tow it less than 100 yards they charged me almost 500 dollars. I wouldn’t use them for no reason ever
Tnt is my go if I am ever in a jam and I'm stuck on i20 or wherever I am at. Milton is a great driver, and makes sure your vehicle is safe, and secure. He has helped out my dad and I so many times. If you need your vehicle to be towed I would definitely call them.
Nobody could get to us when my husbands driveshaft dropped. They came within an hour. Equally, they were able to find us a new driveshaft. Worked out great! Couldnt have asked for better service.
$350 to get a concrete truck unstuck, in case anyone was wondering , these guys know what they're doing, the way it was leaning I would have probably turned it over, they got the angles down and pulled it right out!
Worst towing company I’ve ever encountered. The lack of professionalism here is ridiculous but I guess it’s because I’m black and they’re who’re in a racist city. Couldn’t get a tow for nothing. The daughter and son kept giving me the run around?
Worst towing company ever they stole my son's apple watch and they even stole his Nike leather shoe off of his key chain which I had purchased not to mention the horrible smell in the office and oh yeah the fleas biting meI would never refer this place to anyone not even a stray dog
THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY until...... The 3 star review is because they allowed a family member to disrespect me in front of them. I had mentioned a smell of Marijuana and she interrupted my conversation with the receptionist to tell me I was wrong. Later as I was thanking the receptionist for her outstanding service and advice she interrupted me again to disrespect me more. I immediately left and called the owner. I'm sorry, but I can not give the full 5 star like I want because it was not handled and they allowed her to get away with such disrespect of a customer.
We broke down this morning right outside west monroe. We are not local as we were headed back to alabama from dropping my son off.a local suggest we call T&T towing and repair so that's what we did .Frank dropped what he was doing on a Saturday morning and got us back on the road in a few short hours.made several trips to town for tools/parts. True southern hospitality at it's finest.
They are God following, good and honest people. Please do realize they have a business to run so they have fees to charge. They have huge hearts and cut deals to save you money when they are able.
They work hard for their money. Ol' Man Randal works hardest of all. The younger boys can't keep up with him
Frank Walter's is a very knowledgeable mechanic who has managed to keep my junks going for years now.
You will find no one more fair than these people. It is a family owned and run business which is the type business this area benefits from having such assets.

Car for two months and did no work on it. I place numerous calls asking for an estimate on how much repairs would cost and always got the run around and excuses.
After speaking with the owner, I decided to write this review. I needed basic information to possible conduct business. Unfortunately, I will not give this company my business. As a business owner, one would expect professionalism at all times. The owner spoke to me rudely and began to raise his voice as he attempted to answer my questions. Respect goes a long way in many cases however, in the case of a business respect can make or break your business. I am only one customer, which will not make or break T &T at all, but I do hope this review will give others insight on this company and it owner's poor representation.
