Needed a simple <5 mile tow from my yard to a mechanic shop, for my car that wouldn't start. Plunk's was on time and delivered my car safely to it's destination. Both the dispatch operator and the guy driving the tow truck were professional and courteous in speaking with me. Would use them again without hesitation.
Just used this towing service to have my dad’s truck brought home. Absolutely outstanding service, reasonably priced and the gentleman driving, Gene, was very professional and courteous. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

I hit a curb and got two flat tires literally in the middle of a ramp and had to have my car towed. I called Plunks towing and explained and they asked for my location. The ramp had no name but I told him the streets that the ramp connected. He got so mad and was literally yelling that he needed my exact location. And told me to call back after I had figured out my location and hung up. I tried to tell him the name of the restaurant that was right there but he didn’t let me speak. I called back but he didn’t pick up. I mean I’m already stressed enough that I’ve got two flat tires and that my car needed to be towed. I didn’t need the person who I would pay to help me to yell at me. Cops were there and they heard the way he talked. They were shocked that speaking to someone that way is called service. Worst way to talk to someone. Wouldn’t recommend this towing company to anyone.
From the guy who answered the phone to the guy who showed up to pull us out of the mud… both very friendly and professional. Fast service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed.
We are so grateful for the kind guys at Plunks. The tow truck driver, Cody really went above and beyond for us. We expected him to just leave us with the mechanics contact information, we never expected him to tow the boat, find a place to store the boat or expect him to help us find lodging, but he did all of that FOR US! After a terrifying experience breaking down on the highway- he was a breath of fresh air. Our truck was repaired the next day and BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE MECHANICAL TEAM- because our truck has never run better!
We left with grateful hearts and full bellies- we were served homemade Gumpo while we waited!!
Thank you for keeping my truck, and its contents, safe in your yard. I had SEVERAL hundreds of dollars worth of tools inside, and they were still there when I went to pick them up.
WOW! I can't say enough about this wonderful team of people! My truck broke down on the interstate while hauling an RV for the first time with both my dogs (also their first time). We were all a little scared (not far enough on the shoulder, traffic, etc). First tow company called and siad they couldn't come. I called a Firestone to see if they were open and who to call to tow my vehicles. They recommended Plunk's. A police officer stopped to check on me about that time. He called them. It wasn't but a few minutes and they were there. They were cool with my dogs, even thought they were nuts. We left them in the truck to tow and they allowed me to ride in the truck. They brought a flat bed and another truck. They loaded my truck and then hooked my RV to the bumper and hauled them both on one vehicle. When I got there, they were all so thoughtful and kind. They gave my dogs (and me water). Looked at the truck in hopes it was an easy fix to get back on the road quickly. Turned out to be a bit more involved. I was a little overcome being alone and so far from home. They assured me I would be safe and they would take care of me. and they did! They towed the RV to a RV park in West Monroe that was safe. Offered to get me groceries or anything I needed. The next day they brought my truck back and helped me hook everything up and then made sure I was good to go once on the interstate. They even brought a few snacks for the road. They were truly a gift from God! Never have I experienced such service, hospitality and generosity. I don't live anywhere near Monroe, but I would highly recommend Plunk's to anyone in need of a tow, service or parts. Just call Plunk's!
My tire broke off my vehicle while going down the rd on Christmas Eve @6:37pm I had so many emotions going through me at this time I wasn't sure what I was going to do, I called this place they told me it will cost me $200 to tow me an at first I thought that was abit much but after my experience with this company I was grateful to pay what they asked. When I called Josh McGowen came straight out to pick me up I was 30mins from him, it wasn't a easy task to get my vehicle on the flat but Josh cared about me an my vehicle he got it to the repair shop an me home home by 8:45pm, he is a caring family man who has good conversations, I am a lady he respected me an his family an his job Thank You so much for being sure I got home safe an taking care of my vehicle I only pray to get the same service when it comes to this company fixing my truck
Had starter put on and had issues with it but Plunks did work something out with me and refunded me my money for the starter. So I have updated review and changed to 5 star.
They told me price over the phone and they DIDN'T change it. They did good job. Show up in few min and help out my driver to get out from mud!

Oh God they still have my brand new 2021 Chevrolet equinox LT in Blue it's so beautiful I loved her so much she had Bluetooth heated seats navigation Android and Apple CarPlay leather she could take you to the moon and back if you wanted to just like the sailor Moon. But it's okay because now I have a sailor Moon mask.

Earlier today I took my semi(bobtail) to a wildlife area to poke around some.. I got stuck im the soft gravel.. I called.. Told them i was a company driver and I didn't have much money.. They were kind enough to work with my budget, and I was just very fortunate that they got me out so quickly and efficiently.
I called.. 25 min later boom.boom im yanked out and back in my way..

My big truck broke down at the on ramp of exit 103 and I 20. Jarrell did a fantastic job and quickly got us off the side of the road and to a repair shop. I will tell all my friends that if you need a wrecker in this area call the ones with the BIG RED trucks. Call PLUNKS. Thanks guys every so much
I can't imagine calling anyone else to tow my car. The roadside assistance company sent someone else once, and it didn't end well. Guess who fixed it? Yep. Punk's. The folks I asked them to call in the first place.
I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. My family was traveling from Texas to Georgia the day before thanksgiving in a rental. Needless to say our tire experienced a blow out and it was about 1-2am in the morning the day before thanksgiving so hardly anybody was available come pick us up. We were able to use the company and they sent out a driver by the name of Mr.Dickie Smith. He was a angel sent from above on that night. From his helpfulness down to his hospitality he was so personable and truly wanted to help us. He towed our vehicle to a hotel and the next day helped us get into another vehicle! 10/10 thank you so much Mr.Smith & Plunks he needs a raise!
Rudest people ever and refused to tow 2 vehicles because he deems it not right even though the law said we do have the right to tow them. I would not recommend them to pull me out of a ditch let alone tow a vehicle
Will take care of your car repair from body work, brakes, a/c, or even install a new radio for you. The body shop does excellent work and has contracts with some rental companies so it has to be good. Ask for Jamie or Jeremiah for personal service.
If you need a tow, Plunks will "hook you up". Great folks to do business with. The drivers have always been friendly. If you're in a wreck, request these guys.

Very rude cashier! They are out to take your money!! They towed our truck for about 300 feet within their property and charged $302 for that distance. We had already paid $1,200 for towing from accident scene. Real rip off.. Ridiculous!! Can't recommend.
DO NOT call or use them. I don't care if you're stranded. Call elsewhere! The drivers don't know the law when it comes to removing cars that's parked legally or illegally on somebody else's property. These people are Unprofessional and will damage your vehicle. They don't care cause it's not theirs. As long as they get paid. They are bias and one sided to a certain group of people, despite the law as well. DO NOT USE them for anything. Call elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell u. People need to review these companies before using them. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE!!!!!
My power steering pump and pressure hose and both belts failed. I was given a great deal on some used parts. The service was excellent and very much appreciated.
