Lady didn't know what she was doing and went against my recommendations and cause more damage to the vehicle trying to pull it out of a ditch. Was slow to get here too
The parts I needed were in great condition and given to me earlier than they say they would. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and upfront with me.
Allstate Towing & Salvage made what was a most frightening experience, dealing with the vehicle accident my husband was involved in, much more manageable. Not having to worry about his tools and everything he used for livelihood, which was kept inside. The staff showed compassion, very helpful and Christian based. We would definitely refer them to everyone in need of their professional services.
Did not use the service and will never use them. One of their drivers ran me completely off the road and there was no way he could not have seen me. The driver entered the inside south bound lane of Thomas Rd driving recklessly and the traffic was bumper to bumper. The front end of his vehicle relentlessly headed into my driver side door. I laid on my horn but he kept coming which force me completely off the road. He did not slow down just continued to force me out of his way. I called the office to report the incident and the person who answered the phone was very inconsiderate. His response was “owe he just didn’t see you”.
Horrible. Racketeer between ouachita parish sheriff's office and Allstate towing. Between the two they will scam you out of hundreds, thousands of dollars. if you ever get arrested, don't let your vehicle get towed to this place.
They had got the cars that I have needed and had no trouble with the attention as a people behind the counter good folks will take care of you no time despair
Bad Place to do business. Had a vehicle repaired and the engine sounded like a tractor. Shawnsey, tried to force me to pay for the improper repair and I refused, so he changed me storage fees and sold my car.
The team at Allstate go above and beyond to help you. They are trustworthy and the mechanic is awesome. Great customer service Chauncey and all the folks at Allstate. Would recommend to everyone
I would not recommend this place under any circumstance.
After 4 attempts to fix the problem, Chauncey informed me the guy that did the work on my vehicle no longer worked there. He suggested I find him. I've made multiple attempts to get him to make the repairs he was paid to do.
He will not make the repairs or refund any of my money!!
They're running some type of a heist or a scam w/the West Monroe Police Dept. Forcefully towing peoples cars w/o warrant & knowing that other roadside assistance is on the way.
Poor customer service... Took forever to come out when they claimed they were close by... Then the insurance company moved my car to get it repaired and they lost my key in the process... Then they claimed they were bringing my key to the repair shop and they dropped it off at the wrong place... Poor customer service
