Drove over 70 miles one way only for them to give the wrong part $700 later goin another 140 miles to return a get refund only to pay them $250 a the part back . Will Never tell anyone about them
These people are rude..... first of all hung up twice in my face then called back and they screamed what into the phone. Like how is that for doing business. I will not do business here anymore. This is poor poor customer service. What a way to treat future customers.
I called about a part , was told to give a Call back when the supervisor was in , I called back no supervisor my 3rd call to them they have the part it’s a $100 ..the worker instantly hung up before I could ask another question get there and only response I got was 100 cash … WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
They tried to sale me a USED door handle And mirror for 50 when I can get them both brand new for 55.. and was rude about it. He wanted to make a deal instead of telling us actual prices. I’d recommend u auto pull it over them any day!
They do not try to turn over the engines to see if it's locked up when a person buys one. I $600 for a Ford 4.6L for a 99 Lincoln town car to find it was locked and they would not refund my money
Friendly staff. Plenty of parts for vehicles, including Tires. Plenty of Parking. Fair prices. They pull the parts you request for you, off their stock vehicles ahead of time or while you wait. In my experience shopping here, it is only a few Dollars more than "you pull it type locations".

Horrible customer service, no urgency to repair and return people cars. The two ladies are very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The owner won't talk with the customers to help resolve the situation.

Worst experience ever. They messed up mya car and wouldn't own up to and the two women are disrespectful. This company must be family owned because if they had a supervisor they wouldn't have tried to pop off the way they did.
