Very rude. The guy at the front desk helped another man with his tires even though I was in the line before him & didn’t even help me with my car. Will not come back
Very rude and unprofessional. Called just wanted to know what kind of waiting list they had going and got a very rude response. Will not be using them ever in the future.
Called to ask about having tires balanced, instead of a professional answer of we don’t work on lowered vehicles, I was told to get a jack in the back yard… they don’t work on that kind of junk. A simple statement would have been much better and professional.
I love encountering fair businesses! I stopped in for a quick consultation about scraping the underboard of my recently purchased vehicle. The owner stepped out personally on a hot day, looked at my vehicle and told me I had no worries, if he has replaced it it would mess up once again on my low vehicle and I wouldn’t get my money’s worth.
Loved them! While waiting for a tow truck I talked with Trent. He and his crew started brainstorming before I got there. Very proactive. Called around for possibly needed parts to get me back on the road as soon as possible. When I was back on the road Trent called to check on me and the car. If I lived in the area I would send everyone there. Thank y'all so much. I will make my trip with time to spare now.
known owner trent for years and have trusted him with all my vehicles since day one. always fair on minor and major quotes and reliable for prompt service.
Rude folks there I quoted a ball joint job on my truck and told the guy I have already purchased the ball joints just need them installed he said it would still be the same price and that was like taking a "steak to a steak house"...... And he said he ain't doing it unless he can make money of the parts and labor. I understand stand the labor but not the parts. Very rude on the phone, I just hung up and called Parker's much better more professional services.
I've used McJunkins for years and the service has always been personal and professional. It is a locally-owned and operated store and you won't find better service locally.
